Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description & in any position as in padding including existing CM plaster and APP membrane over RCC roof slab & removal of rubbish outside the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing the edge/corner of chajja/roof projection and similar work by removing of plastered width/girth exceeding 15cm but n. exceeding 30cm and making good with 15mm rendering in CM(1:3) to atch with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work will be executed upto G+2 Bldg.

Disconnecting existing exc 250 litres & n. exc 500 litres capacity water tanks, setting aside (or lowering , if required) for repairs and cleaning and removing all scale and dirt , etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing exc 500 litres & n. exc 1000 litres capacity water tanks, setting aside (or lowering , if required) for repairs and cleaning and removing all scale and dirt , etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection of 20 mm bore tube including cleaning and re-fixing steel water tubing including connection in new or old position(wall, floors, ceiling etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection of 25 mm bore tube including cleaning and re-fixing steel water tubing including connection in new or old position(wall, floors, ceiling etc) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in roof padding over and including brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg/Sqm of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railigs upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, sligtly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid saperately.

Supply only water proofing compound powder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing roof surfaces by cleaning wire brush removing dust, dirt, oil grease and loose particles and wash the surfaces with wire brush and applying one coat primer with acrylic based chemical smart care damproffing by adding 30% water on the entire surface and allow it to dry for 2-3 hrs. Applying two coats smart care damproofing on the entire surface between the interval of 2-3 hrs air cure the surface for 12 hrs complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work will be executed upto G+2 Bldg.

S&F in repair HDPE white/black notted nylon net with 25mm x 25mm mesh size of 1mm thickness weatherproof , UV stablized and chemically and breaking strength of 23.08 Kg per yarm, melting point 160 degree, holding with J type hook & nylon seathing 2mm SS (SWR) wire at 3mm c/c spacing complete all as specified and directed. Note : This item shall be executed for the building upto height from ground level and quoted rate deemed to be including for all necessary arrangment for executing of this upto 12m height.

Dismantling wrough iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position by cutting or without damage of structurenot otherwise provided omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L steel rolled sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc. 10 cm girth and width including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including nanital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI plain sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement lime or cement mortar plastering on lathing (other than wire-netting), without removing lathing, in lime mortar (one side only measured in cases where both sides are plastered) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of exisisting plastered/ unplastered surface on ceilings including cornices, pillares etc and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonary, built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete Type C-1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exc 10 cm in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM (1:6) complete in wall or pillars complete all as specified and directed.
