Manning and operation of 02 Nos central air conditioning plants of capacity 3x30 TR, 3X24 TR water cooled AC Plants complete including cooling tower, AHUs, electrical control panels, pumps and connected equipments etc., complete of the chilled water type AC system, round the clock in 3 shifts of 08 hrs each including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed.

Manpower:- Skilled Operator of trained and experienced in AC Plant Operating system - 01 No per shift for each plant (Total 02 Plants) Plant 1 :- 3 X 30 TR Plant 2 :- 3 X 24 TR Skilled Operator Total - 02 persons per Shift Note:- (i) The operator ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the AC plants. (ii) Maintaining the hourly parameters Log book for the AC plant. (iii) Operation of DG sets and maintaining the Log book for DG sets. (iv) The operator ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the DG Sets. (v) Operator must have skill to rectify minor repairs like gasket change, replacement of fuse cutouts etc., complete In case of any faults to put the plant on working condition.

(vi) The operator should be in a position to intimate major defects/ repairs immediately to the concern JE / Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requiste qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recomended by Engineer-in- charge. (viii) One emergency light and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning.

Manpower :- One UN- Skilled ( Helper) per shift. (02 Nos Helper (un-skilled) for all the three plants in 2 shift of 08 Hrs.) Shift timings:- I st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs II nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs

Note:- (i) Taking care of house keeping environmental cleanliness area all around installation shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. Cost of all consumable stores such as brooms, cotton waste, cutters etc., deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) The Helper should be able to assist all the operators in general shift after keeping the plants clean & tidy. (iii) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requiste qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recomended by Engineer-in- charge.

S & F 45 Watts Security / Street light fitting, pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant glass IP65 protection including bracket made of 40mm dia GI light grade pipe of length 1.2 long bent to shape fixed with suitable MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers duly prewired with 3 core 1 Sqmm weather proof FRLS copper conductor to fittings and painting to Steel surfaces including taking down old fittings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for Sheet metal enclosure for LT panel of suitable size Indoor type made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA Sheet and including 40 x 40 x 5 mm MS angle iron frame with weather proof canopy,Bus bar of rating 200A for pahse and 100A for neutral and mounted on suitable PCC 1:3:6 type C1 pedestal, Cubical type, front and rear side openable, compartment type with hinged door and locking arrangement for each compartment, provision of air vent, dust and vermin proof duly painted with 2 coats powder coating over a coat of anti corrosive red oxide primer and including the following accessories are in built in with Panel board and taking down existing panel board complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for foundation, pipe lines etc,

PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in bases / pedestals for pipe lines, mud stops or chamfered on edges and including demolition of existing PCC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil.

Removing surplus excavated soil n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Labour only for attending break down of pipe line bursting / cracks and including cleaning / removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes, MS / CI / DI Collar / mechanical Joints etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering by using necessary dewatering pumps, JCB's, Cranes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, for the following sizes:- Note 1 :- The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following:- (i) Arrangement of suitable Pump sets for dewatering at the time of attending break down. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down. (iii) Labour element required for Dismantling /fixing CI/DI/MS pipes, specials, fittings etc. Note 2 :- Earth work, Supply only (as for site , as per types , as per size) pipes, specials, fittings will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

M& L for servicing of LT panels of any size by cleaning the panel, bus bar chamber with CTC solution, and welding the door using arc welding and fixing hinges, necessary nut and bolts, washers and made it completely functional for open/ close including painting of panel by spraying with two coats of epoxy based paint over a coat of red oxide primer, after cleaning of rusty panel surface both inside/ outside by emery paper and necessary preparation of smooth surface suitable for painting and including checking of incoming and outgoing connections, Re-fixing of existing ACBs & MCCBs, testing & commissioning, connected PCC & frame works, rewiring of control and power wiring with suitable size of FRLS copper cable but not less than 1.5 Sqmm, replacing of various unserviceable ON/ OFF switches, lugs etc making the panel fully functional Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in repairs XLPE FRLS cable, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 16 sqmm 4 core.

Supply & fix CI sluice valve PN 1.6 conforming to IS 14846 flanged end with iron wheel head, stainless steel spindle, flange joints and including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, rubber washer etc, and takidng down old sluice valve for the 300mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

Supply and replacement of scroll compressor 13 TR air cooled ductable package conditioner / package unit and rectify the control wiring defects if any, connecting back all control and refrigerant piping after necessary modifications as requirred for the system, pressure testing with nitrogen gas under constant pressure upto 300 PSI kg/Sqcm for minimum 24 hours vaccumising, gas charging, commissioning and checking the performance of the system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
