M&L for 12mm thick pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination fixed with screw to timber frame work complete all as directed.

S&F fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged of cross section 90x45 mm having single rebate 32x15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate of 2 mm thick and filled with suitable wooden block in all three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides. Mild steel stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

S&F 30 mm thick fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) paneled door shutter made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and styles with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminated for panels.

Material and labour for removal of existing WPT course or any other kind of treatment surface over roof slab and cleaning of surface with wire brushes and water removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same outside MoD land and provide 15 mm thick screed bed/ bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer instructions, including finishing the surface fair and even on RCC roof/ parapet once bedding layer of concrete is completely dried and apply a coat of blown type bitumen, grade 85/ 25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree celsius and applied @ 1.2 Kg per sqm of the surface area and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure as directed and finally finished the top surface with one coat of solar reflective aluminium bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of taking down & removal of debris, 15 mm thick 1:3 screed & complete APP treatment. (ii) WPC will be paid separately (iii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written guarantee for work shall be submitted by the manufacturer for the effectiveness of WPT (iv) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface.

M&L for complete water proofing treatment to sunken floors and returning filling of sunken and repair are as under: (i) First layer of slurry of cement using 0.25 kg cebex 100 or equivalent mixed to 50kg bag of cement using pressure grouting with 40 psi pup after filling all joints/ cracks in CM 1:4 mixed with Nitobond SBR or equivalent @ 1 Liter per 50kg bag of cement. Supplying and application of nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surfaces including the cost all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint, brush etc. complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Providing additional reinforcement bars in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars incl the charges for cutting, bending, placing and fixing in position, using Lok-fix (Manufactured by M/S Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) including the cost of all materials, labour, cost of steel bars and scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supply and provisioning Renderoc RG (manufactured by M/S Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) to an average thickness of 40 mm for beam and Column, fluid micro concrete shall be mixed with 6mm down coarse aggregate and specified quantity of water and mixed using a power operated slow speed stirrer and pouring inside the form work including the cost of all materials, rent for tools, scaffolding, form work and labour charges complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supplying and Providing of shear connectors of 8 mm dia inside 12mm dia holes at 50 mm deep @ 500 mm c/c after cleaning the holes to remove the dust particles and fixing the shear connectors using Likfix 'S' manufactured by MS fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) polyster resin anchor grout, including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding and labour charges complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for removing loose and broken concrete by chiselling /picking etc upto a depth of 20 to 40 mm from columns, beams and similar structural members cutting edges cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc to remove dust, dirt and other foreign particles etc and washing with clean water with pressure and removal of debris outside MOD land all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, including necessary scaffolding etc complete.

M&L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:2.5) mixed with 6 ltrs SBR per bag of cement in ceiling surfaces 10 to 20mm thick in two layers surfaces over a coat of bonding agent Nito Bond SBR (1 Ltr SBR + 1 Ltr) water + 3 kg cement) applied as per manufacturers instructions. Note:- SBR latex chemical will measured and paid separately under item No. 98
