Supply of items for M.S Anti-Jet Seal Assembly and its Fitting (installation and commissioning) for M.S. Lintel Beam of Spillway Radial Gate No. 2 at Dam of Uri-II Power Station

Supply of Anti-jet Seal Assembly for Spillway Radial Gate which includes Pin, Ø12mm - 60mm length with nut & 5mmØ Split Pin (A.P.D.) (15 Nos), Bush, ID 12mm / OD 22mm - 8mm Length (30 Nos), Clamp Plate, 83mm x 8mm – 126mm (30Nos),Clamp Plate, 50mm x 16mm – 8990mm (1No) and Angle, ISA 100mm x 40mm x 10mm - 8995mm (1No) as per Drawing No. OMIL/URI-II/RG/104(Rev-01) - including transportation of material up to Dam site of Uri-II Power Station.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete: On steel work.

Fitting (installation & commissioning) of ‘M.S. Anti-Jet Seal Assembly’ for M.S. Lintel Beam of Spillway Radial Gates. The scope of work includes opening of 16 mm X 80 mm bolts-180 nos. (approx) per job from conveyor belt, cleaning/washing of the bolts and thread holes, necessary filling / tapping of bolt holes (16 mm) and then machining / threading of the bolt holes (16mm/18mm), fitting of bolts (SS -16/18mmX70mm) and other necessary associated works. The old and damaged parts of Anti jet seal portions in radial gates are also to be removed and stacked on the dam top areas. (including scaffolding arrangement for approx 9.0 M x 10.5 Mtr.)
