Making connection from trasformer LT side to OH line via fuse unit of unarmoured PVC cable 1100V grade confirming to ISS:1554 (P-1) and the cables should be properly crimped by bi-metallic lugs as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Erection of protective guarding by 8 SWG GI wire as per technical specification along with 33 KV / 11 KV /LT line across road/ river/ telecom line etc in horizontal formation.

Supply & erection of Polythin pipe, 1/2" dia for drawing of Gi wire for earthing connection.

Supply & erection of fabricated copper strip of size 50x8 mm, 20 Cm long with 4 nos hole.

Supply and erection of sub-station fencing with erection of 6 nos 2.5 mtr long (65x65x6mm) Angle post and 4 nos (50x50x6mm) Angle post with grouting of vol. 0.045 cum at the ratio of 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Riversand: 4 Jama Bricks aggregate) per post. The fencing should be made of 9 horizontal lines of barbed wire and 1 gate with shuttar (2x1.7) m i/c locking arrangement etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earthing for hard, stiff or Medium clay soil (as per REC specification) of perforated GI pipe (Medium grade) 2.5 Mtr long and 40 mm OD including earth excavation and refilling with alternate layer of salt and char coal as per drawing including supply of salt and char coal, GI pipe, clamps & nut, bolts.

Erection of coil earthing with supply of salt and charcoal i/c excavation, re-filling with alternate layer of salt and charcoal and providing connection of earthing materials and equipments to earth electrode as per REC specification and design.
