Design, Fabrication, supplying and erection of 9 Mtrs long hot dip galvanized, Octagonal pole with BSEN 10025 GRADE S355JO steel plate for shaft, IS 2062 for base plate with door opening arrangements, including suitable boards, Bakelite sheet and MCB’s as per IS specifications suitable to withstand the wind speed of 47 m/s for 9 Mtr pole in single section and single joint welded as per IS 9595/IS10178AWS having dimensions bottom 155mm dia, top 70mm dia with 3mm thick suitable base plate 260x260x16mm, PCD 250 and suitable foundation bolts 4nos “J” type along with template and the pole shall be hot dip galvanised in single dipping with not less than 65micron as per ASTM-A123 and 153 etc. (excluding foundation) as per drawing appended. a) 9m-Top 70mm and Bottom 155mm dia (As per Technical Specifications)

Supplying and fixing of Hot dip Galvanized M.S. Bracket suitable for outdoor Luminaries and mounted on octagonal pole using necessary bolts, nuts etc., complete. a) Single Arm Bracket with 1500mm Standard 40/50mm dia (As per Technical Specifications)

Supply and fixing of hot dip Galvanized MS circular bracket of ID 750mm, fabricated with 40mm dia pipe, head frame & supports, mounting plates suitable for mounting 4 Nos. outdoor LED flood light luminaries on 9 mtr octagonal pole using necessary bolts, nuts etc. Complete. All the hardware shall be GI/stainless steel only.

Supply & fixing of 200 Watts flame proof LED street light luminaries with die cast aluminium alloy housing and polycarbonate diffuser, inbuilt driver, lumens output not less than 20000 lumens system efficiency greater than 100 lumens/watt power factor > = 0.9, IP66 with 1 No. FLP gland

Supply & fixing of FLP junction box of size approx. 280mm x 280mm x 210mm with cable entries for looping from pole to pole and from JB to light fixture, 4 Nos. 16 Sqmm CBT connector, 1 no. 6 Amps DP MCB for light fixture control with suitable FLP cable glands, stoppers, clamps for fixing to the 9 Mrs. Octagonal pole etc. complete

Supply & laying of 3C x 2.5 Sq.mm armoured FRLS copper cable from the JB to light fixture
