Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metre wide not exc 1.50 metre deep in soft/ loose soil for laying of pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removal of excavated soil surplus to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point

Taking down old UNSV DI pipe line of 200 mm dia size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes with Flanged end, Class K-9 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 and suitable for rubber gasket jointing incl nuts bolts with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining as per IS: 455:1989 and external Metallic Zinc Coating as per annex A of IS 8329 with finishing layer of Bitumen coating as per Annex C of IS: 8329 for 150 mm bore size including taking up old unsv cast iron pipe complete all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) or under the over head tank/road cutting etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path or against cutting of road etc including form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up/down steel tubing connection from trenches incl connected fittings/accessories complete of following sizes for re use of serviceable pipes and removing the U/S pipes from site to safe custody of 80 mm bore.

S&F in replacement of PVC float valve 20mm dia high pressure with polythene float and fly nut and with one GI socket 20mm and connected items complete incl taking down old u/s one.

M&L for brick masonary valve pit of size 900 x 900 x 900mm dimensions, one brick thick valve pit of following internal dimension with two nos. of RCC slab cover of siutable size with handle to lift atleast 75mm thick having provision of valve key slot , earth work and PCC in foundation (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregete 150 mm thick, PCC in coping on top (1:2:4),Type B1 using 20mm graded stone agregate 100mm thick including rendering 15mm thick and two coat of white wash on exposed surfaces on external wall above ground level incl demolition of old unserviceable existing one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Cost of RCC slab are inclusive in the quoted rates. (ii) Drawing bearing No STD-1258 Sh 1/1 dated 30 Nov 1993 amended upto 15 Sep 2000 shall be followed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, in any situation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick wall including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 40 here in before but except brick. (old brick obtained from item No 38 here in before shall be reused after cleaning)

Material and labour 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick walls or concrete external surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Maintenance and repair to water supply lines to remove leakage/blockage for GI pipe line of 15mm to 80mm dia including dewatering and necessary excavation returning/filling or cutting, chasing and making of disturbed surfaces as per existing specification and replacing worn out GI pipe max upto 2 mtrs long including cutting threading and replacement of requisite fittings as socket, union, tees, long screwes nipple, hexa nipple, reducer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 300 dia size including necessary excavation required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing specification after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint/D-joint or necessary fitting required as per site and making the pipe line leak proof completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Leakage on OHTs vertical pipes and under ground pipes are also included in this item.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 287295.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
