Cartage of the following material by private truck from store centre Rudrapur /Haldwani/ Kashipur to work site dump store approx. distance 10 to 80 Km. including loading into truck and unloading at work site in 33/11 KV Sub Station Manpur Kashipur.

Earthing

Laying and Moulding of GI Earth Strip

Welding of G.I Earth Strip with yard equipment complete welding work including entry corosion paint on welded area.

Transformer (N) Earth work by digging Chemical Earth system and connect with G.I Strip (50x6 mm) and making of chamber with cover. (with material)

Turfing

Cutting and uprooting of grass and wild bushed plants in yard. (30x26)-(3x3)x2=780-18= 780 Sqm.

Final desposal, dressing, leveling of each with proper ramming and compecting complete in all labor/T&P.

Fine sand filling in yard to maintain its height (710x0.30) =213 Cub Mtr.

Laying of 1:5:10 cement concreat in flooring of yard 100 mm thick including cost of material and labor etc. proper complete. (710x0.1)=71 Cub Mtr.

Spreding and leveling of 15-25 mm grit single for making yard bed including cost of stone grit, labor, T&P work etc. in thikness of 100 mm.

Making of control cable trunch with brick work 1:4 and fixing of (40x3) angle support on the top side and inside including plaster work (0.23x0.45x45Rm)x2=9.315 cum

Making of control cable trunch cover with 1:2:4 cement concreat and fixing of 8 mm steel bar in (35x5) angle frame size (0.45x0.6)

Excavetion of 11 KV incommer Cable From Yard Floor.

Laying of incommer 11 KV incommer Cable in Open Trunch.

Dismentling of pale fencing after cutting by cutter or electric welding machine for lift up to increase its height 0.50 m from the existing level .

Dismentling of Yard Structure after cutting by gas cutter or Electric/Gas welding machine to lift up 1 meter from the Existing level with the help of hydra/crane and refix back by electric welding by generator set

Cutting work of Rail/RS Joist by gas cutter for inserting work under transformer.

Lift up the 8/10 MVA Transformer with the help Two No Hydra L/S 0.30 meter by inserting Rail Joist under the T/F after disconnection HV/LV with Neutral and Body earthing and reconnect after work by genretor.

After lift up the Transformer fill the Cement Concrete 1:2:4 under it (4m x 4m x 0.30)= 4.8 Cub Mtr x 2=9.6 Cub Mtr

Grouting of Pale Fencing support angle (65x65x6)

Making of pale fencing toe wall super structure with 1:4 brick work (0.23x0.30x103 Rm)=7.107 Cub Mtr

12 mm thick plaster in 1:6 mortar (0.23+0.23+0.30)=0.76x103=78.28 Sq mtr.

After removing old weist plaster from out side of control room building then apply 12 mm thick plaster in 1:6 mortar.

Fixing of fencing on toe wall by electric welding after addeting aditional angle to increase the height (103x2.5)=257.5 Sq mtr.

Painting

Painting work by applying samsam then paint by exterior cement paint on out side of control room building and yard foundation plinth.

Painting work on pale fancing after removing rust by amry paper applying one coat of red oxide primmer then applying two coats of industrial paint (Green) (26+30+26+21)=103Rmx2 =206 Rmx2.5= 515 Sq mtr.

Painting work on yard structure after removing rust by amry paper applying one coat of red oxide primmer then applying two coats of aluminium paint. (with material)
