Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 / Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidential, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc. complete for finished item of work in all floors (APSS No. 126). etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM (1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, and all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc, complete for finished item of work

Flooring with soluble salt porcelain Vitrified Tiles screen printed and polished of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm 1st quality conforming toIS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs. of 1st quality, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, excluding seigniorage charges, etc., complete for finished item of work, including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of ready mixed oil bound wahsable distemper of approved brand and shade over a one coat of base coat, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 For internal walls

Exterior walls are painted with one coat of primer and 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidential, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls

Providing and laying of Chequered Cement Concrete, heavy duty tiles confirming to IS:13801 using aggregates, cement, pigments of size 300x 300mm and thickness 25mm of any shades set over base coat of Cement Mortar (1:8) 12mm thick over C.C. bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 Kgs per Sq.m & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shades including cost of all materials like cement, sand, water and tiles etc. complete for finished item of work as per S.S. and as directed by the Departmental Authorities.

Manufanctring, Supply,Delivery and fixing of Ms gate providing fabricated and Providing cement concrete fixing including cost of all materials and all labour charges of fabrication, grinding, welding, gas cutting with two coats of red-oxide painting and necessary charges with fixing on culvert of per etc.,
