Supply , laying , jointing & testing of HT underground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, with stranded compact aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade 95 sq mm 3 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-II) with latest amendements, suitable for earthed system laid in duct/trench/along pole etc including making connection complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Cable shall be directly procured from the manufacturer. 2. The end termination joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 3. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and cable cover protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for making hole in the existing Steel Tubular Pole by means of welding or drilling near Junction box of poles and near street lights of the pole suitable for passing of service cable from PVC Junction box to the street lights complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable route markers made of cast iron with embossing of HT Cable or LT Cable, supporting MS angle of 75 cm long, for HT/LT cable route marking duly embedded in and including PCC (1:3:6) foundation up to 30 cm including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2,using stone aggregate 40 mm graded as in foundation of stays and coping of poles including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old aluminium conductor,ACSR,AAC conductor of any description /size from LT/HT Poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old earth wire or copper conductor,service feeder or distributor span of any description /size from HT/LT Poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross -arms of MS channel or angle section etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulator any type , any size from HT/LT Poles complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable LT Cable of any type & size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable steel tubular Pole of any description /size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting of brackets of security /street light of Poles from existing location to desired location and height as per specified including opening and re- fixing the same all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of LT/street light pole complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on street light brackets, and making Red & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint of 30 cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with black synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with yellow synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coats of white wash on existing PCC coping complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically ( to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32x 6 mm size with nuts, bolts , check nuts , washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15 cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR -1991 Part I and connecting to arthing test point,main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 all as shown in electrical plate in No 5 of SSR(Pt-I)1991 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L fabrication of MS busbar chamber of nominal dimension 900 mm x 600 mm x 300 mm duly provided with aluminimum busbar of size 50 mm x 6mm fixed on porcelain insulators TPN type out door weather/vermin proof with both way open ing duly provided with neoprene rubber gasket along the doors openings pedestal type duly painted powder coated on CRCA steel sheet encloser with one No incommer MCCB 250 Amp 35 KA .The bus bar chamber to be grouted in ground by using angle iron frame of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm, pedastal type and provided with four nos of angle iron supports duly embedded in foundation using PCC (1:2:4) type C-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate incl making connection /thimbles etc complete all as specified and directed
