SCHEDULE "A" :

(C) AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEM Designing and estimate for Audio Visual system shall be provided in as per approved and required by user based on latest technology, Upgraded and professional-level equipment (Visula screen Displays, Microphones and speakers audio visual conferencing Technology and systems with PA sound system) having latest technology shall be provided to get higher quality audion visual confrencing. Systems and software have best quality and ease to use, shall provided. (D) ACOUSTICS Advanced geometric and accoustical design of auditorium as per IS-2526 (Acosutic Design for Auditorium) for best visual angle and audible comfort without any acoustical defect. NOTE: (i) Consultant shall give presentation at HQ Chief Engineer Jabalpur Zone to discus and finalise the scheme. (ii) After presentation consultant shall provided complete Design detail of proposed Firefighting system, AC duct design and accosutic system scheme as finalize during the presentation including architectural drawing including plan/section complete in the form of DPR and BOQ based on SSR/Market rate etc for issue of tender. complete details including strucural drawing of items of complete scheme shall be vettedy by NIT/IIT.

(iii) Any other component required for above process. (iv) DPR to include : Basis of design (a) All design calculation. (b) All drawing (v) Design shall be carried out and checked by qualified Engineer. (vi) It is to be ensure that the vetted design are safe and economical. (vii) The consultant will carry out all coordination for finalization of the work with Engineer-in-charge/GE concerned/planning team and then produce set of drawings for finalization set to HQ CE Jabalpur Zone.

(viii) Service of consultant shall be continue during execution stage also to ensure implementation of workable schme to have sound technical decisions on any unforeseen issue. The exension of service of the consultant shall be without any extra cost and consultant shall give all the drgs & details required without any cost during execution for unforeseen issues. (ix) The work completed in all aspects by the firm will be vetted by department, i.e. HQ CE Jabalpur Zone with in the period of completion. (x) The consultant will offer the Design Drawing to the inspection authority who shall carryout vetting which are deemed necessary and the consultant shall also provide all assistance as desired by the department. Any defect/irregularity pointed out by the inspection authority be rectified by the consultant at his own cost. (xi) Consultancy to prepare and provide in soft and hard copy of DPR in 08 set after final submission.

(xii) The details pertains to fire fighting, Audio visual design, Acoustical design, A/c duct layout shall be done within Architectural / Structural drgs provided, and shall be in accordance with the structural aspects given the same drawings.
