Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiselling in soft/hard rock including wedging out upto all lift, stacking the excavated soil upto all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when requaired into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lifts.

Excavation in drains and channel etc. in earth work including dressing of sides, beds and disposing of excavated earth upto alead of 20 mtrs. Lift upto 1.50 mtrs. Disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in pick work complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engtineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth. Up to all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

In flat surfaces with steel plates such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto all thickness in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending ,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand :8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) On curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforcement concrete work in :-

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floor roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto two level all floor level in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entiresatisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% Plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls, the size of plums shall usually by 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Boulder filling behind retaining wall as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dressing of bed and preparation of sub grade in pick work complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dressing of side slope and preparation of sub grade for lining in pick work complete as per direction and to the entire satiscation of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete lining 15cm thick or less for Irrigation channel using cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand:6 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) curing complete with hand mixed concretge lining in bed complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hand mixed concrete lining in side slope.

Extra allowances for form work in channel lining on side slope complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition above G.L upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead. Un- reinforced cement concrete up to 15 cm. thickness.
