SUB HEAD 1.0 : EARTH WORK
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 500m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Pre-constructional Anti-Termite Treatment, creating continuous chemical barrier under and around the column pits, walls, trenches, basement excavation, top surface of the plinth filling, junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of building, expansion joints, over the top surface of consolidated earth on which apron is to be laid, surrounding of pipes and conduits with Chlorpyriphos 20% E.C. / Lindane 20% E.C. @ 3.19 l/m2 including cost of chemical, diluting in water to one percent concentration, labour, usage charges of machinery, complete as per specifications. Supplying and filling in plinth with Locally available sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. The sand shall be clean, well-graded, and free from impurities. A sample of the sand must be submitted and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before use. The filling shall be done in layers not exceeding 200mm in thickness. Each layer shall be thoroughly watered, rammed, and consolidated to achieve the desired compaction. The surface shall be dressed to the required level and slope as specified. All work shall be carried out in accordance with relevant standards and best practices, ensuring a stable and well-compacted base for the flooring.
Supplying and filling in plinth with M-Sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. The work includes supplying and filling in plinth with M-Sand (Manufactured Sand) under floors. The M-Sand shall be clean, well-graded, and free from impurities. The filling shall be done in layers not exceeding 200mm in thickness. Each layer shall be thoroughly watered, rammed, and consolidated to achieve the desired compaction. SUB HEAD 2.0 : CONCRETE WORK
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.
1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland/ Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate I retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana I Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate I retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.:

Providing & Fixing of Floor to Floor/ Corner Expansion Joints Aluminum Covers Profiles, having a Hard Wearing, Maintenance Free, long Lasting design. The surface of the Exp. Joint Covers should have Serrated Surface for Skid Resistance. The design of the Exp. Joint Cover System should be such that it should avoid any accumulation of dirt. The Exp. Joint Cover should have an Articulated Telescope Design so as to accommodate the movements in all 3 directions. The system should have a vertical displacement of 10mm. The system shall be symmetric in design and minimize the bump while movement. System with minimum exposed surface area will be accepted. The system should be in 6063 T66 alloy in Mill finish and the system can be used for standard Rolling loads of private cars or cart wheel loads. The side profiles will have micro serration to avoid any slipping of pedestrians. For precise transitions, the factory supplied slid-in connection pins should be used during the installation of the cover system.
Floor Joint of 50-100 mm gap
Supply and installation of Cover strip joints width for 25mm to 75mm in accordance with the requirements of the below specifications. The joint covers are designs utilizing extruded Aluminium base members of 100mm long along with the Snap in Tension Clip System. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for Vertical Wall to Wall Flat & Horizontal Ceiling to Ceiling Flat application. The Joint System shall utilize lightweight Aluminium profiles exhibiting minimal exposed Aluminium surfaces of 100mm mechanically locking with a specifically designed clip made up of stainless steel to facilitate movement by manufacturer Throughout the normal movement cycle, the system shall demonstrate the ability to remain flat at all times and provide a flush transition between opposing and adjacent finish construction.

Providing & Fixing of the Expansion Covers for Terrace Expansion Joints - Exp. Joints in Terrace to Terrace & Terrace to Terrace Wall. The sealing strip should be used for the application areas for the non-Pressurized water areas as per DIN 18195 Specification. The Flamline Series Sealing Strip is specifically developed compound with ensure to absorb the Three-Dimensional movement having a total width of 340 mm. The sealing strip should have the properties for sealing on the Bitumen sheets, Epoxy Adhesive on Concrete & Metal. The both the side ends should have the Protruding Fabric which should enable for the Perfect bonding /connecting with Bitumen / Epoxy. The sealing strip should have the fusion of EPDM in the elastic zone for the excellent ozone & UV resistance. The sealing strip should at the same time perform under varying thermal temperature of (- 40 to + 90 Degree). Providing & fixing 25mm thick Kota stone slab flooring in various colour shade over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand).
Providing & fixing Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic (glazed/ matt) floor tiles of approved size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
Providing and laying Vitrified tiles (Matt/ Glossy) in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Providing and fixing granite steps 20mm thick, each step comprising both the tread and riser. The granite shall be of premium quality, free from cracks, stains, and other defects, with a uniform color and texture. The tread shall have a width of 300 mm, while the riser shall have a height of 150 mm. The granite shall be cut to size and polished to a smooth, non-slip finish. The surface to receive the granite steps shall be cleaned and prepared to ensure proper adhesion. Cement mortar mix (1:4) shall be used to fix the granite securely in place. The joints between the treads and risers shall be filled with a matching grout to ensure a seamless appearance. All exposed edges of the granite shall be chamfered or rounded to prevent sharp edges and enhance safety. The installation shall be carried out with precision to ensure that the steps are level, aligned, and securely fixed. The finished work shall be cleaned and polished to remove any adhesive residues and to achieve a high-quality finish. All work shall be carried out in accordance with relevant IS codes and best practices, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
Providing and laying concrete grey-colored epoxy flooring system on the ramp surface, consisting of Nitoprime 25, a 3mm thick layer of Nitoflor TF30, Antislip Grain No.3, and a 0.5mm thick topcoat of Nitoflor FC150. The process begins with thorough surface preparation to ensure a clean and dry substrate. Nitoprime 25 is then applied as a primer to enhance adhesion. Once the primer has cured, a 3mm thick layer of Nitoflor TF30 is applied using a notched trowel or squeegee. While the TF30 layer is still wet, Antislip Grain No.3 is broadcast evenly to achieve the desired slip resistance. After the base layer has cured, a 0.5mm thick topcoat of Nitoflor FC150 is applied to encapsulate the Antislip Grain Finish Epoxy + PU Resin Floor Coating and provide a durable, smooth finish. The completed flooring system should be uniform, aesthetically pleasing, and meet all specified performance criteria.
SUB HEAD 6.0 : FINISHING WORK
Providing & applying 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) The work involves the application of 12mm thick cement mortar plaster on all walls & other surfaces at all heights and levels with required scaffolding. The plaster shall be composed of a mix of cement and sand in the ratio of 1:4 (one part cement to four parts sand by volume). The sand used shall be clean, well-graded, and free from impurities. The surface to be plastered shall be thoroughly cleaned and wetted before the application of the plaster. The plaster shall be applied in a single coat, ensuring a uniform thickness of 12mm. It shall be finished smooth with a trowel, ensuring no cracks or uneven surfaces. All corners, edges, and junctions shall be neatly finished. Price is inclusive of use of chicken mesh/wire mesh at the RCC and masonry joints wherever required/ as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The plaster shall be cured for a minimum of 7 days to achieve the desired strength and durability. All work shall be carried out in accordance with relevant standards and best practices, ensuring a high-quality finish.
Providing & applying 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) The work involves the application of 15mm thick cement mortar plaster on all walls & other surfaces at all heights and levels with required scaffolding. The surface to be plastered shall be thoroughly cleaned and wetted before the application of the plaster. The plaster shall be applied in a single coat, ensuring a uniform thickness of 6mm. It shall be finished smooth with a trowel, ensuring no cracks or uneven surfaces. Price is inclusive of use of chicken mesh/wire mesh at the RCC and masonry joints wherever required/ as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All corners, edges, and junctions shall be neatly finished. Providing & applying 18 mm thick cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand). The work includes providing and applying 18mm thick cement plaster in two coats on external walls and other surfaces at all heights and levels with required scaffolding. The first coat, or under layer, shall be 12mm thick and composed of a mix of cement and coarse sand in the ratio of 1:5 (one part cement to five parts coarse sand by volume). Price is inclusive of use of chicken mesh/wire mesh at the RCC and masonry joints wherever required/ as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The surface to be plastered shall be thoroughly cleaned and wetted before the application of the under layer. This layer shall be applied uniformly and allowed to set sufficiently before the application of the top layer. The top layer shall be 6mm thick and composed of a mix of cement and fine sand in the ratio of 1:6 (one part cement to six parts fine sand by volume). The top layer shall be applied over the under layer, ensuring a smooth and even finish with a trowel. All corners, edges, and junctions shall be neatly finished. The entire plastered surface shall be cured for a minimum of 7 days to achieve the desired strength and durability. All work shall be carried out in accordance with relevant standards and best practices, ensuring a high-quality finish.
Extra for plastering exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground level for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof.
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing & applying Exterior grade texture paint non-pigmented stone finish with Natural mineral aggregates combined with adhesives and resins. The Finish to be water repellent, anti-fungal, breathes out trapped moisture, having unique property of elasticity & flexibility (due to temperature variation no hairline cracks to appear) protective and decorative coating on exterior surfaces such as, concrete & plastered Surface (as per approved) in colour and pattern as per direction of engineer-in-charge. The works include providing and laying one coat of primer and sealer mixed in equal ratio followed by one coat of base coat with steel trowel made of natural stone crushed powder, 2nd coat to be applied with steel trowel and finished by acrylic trowel or spray gun of natural stone crushed powder added with granite chips. Final coat of ultra protect shall be applied with roller/spray diluted with water, (as per manufacturer's specification) including cost and conveyance of all material, labour, sundries, tools and machinery etc. all complete. (The base preparation with putty shall be included & will not be paid separately). All complete as per direction and approval of Architect / Engineer-in-charge.
Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) at all heights and levels with required scaffolding.

SUB HEAD 8.0: DOOR, WINDOW, GLAZING & ALUMINIUM WORK
3. For Profiles coating : All profiles shall be pure polyester powder coated with SUPER DURABLE 10 year Warranty product from QUALICOAT approved Powder manufacturer's, conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge., 60 microns thick average thickness. 4. For Galvanized Brackets : Galvanizing on M.S Bracket to be done conforming toIS:4759-1996 upto 610 gms. Per sqm. (80-90 micron thick) 5. For Silicone : The structural glazing system shall not have any visible member from outside and the cut to size glass panel shall be fixed to an aluminium subframe with structural silicone of required bite as per structural requirement with 6.4 mm thick Norton/Bow tape around the periphery of the glass unit and the subframe shall be mounted with alum. cleat on the structural glazing main frame with S.S. Screws @ 350 - 400c/c. 6. For Profile Protection : All the aluminium profiles shall be provided with protective tape for safety against external scratches at site. The protective tape shall be removed only at the time of handing over or as per instructions of Site-in-charge.
7. For Alignment : The glazing frame shall be aligned for the entire height and for the entire width of each transom. a. The Expansion joints between two mullions should be created by inserting 200 mm long Aluminium Expansion Sleeve Tube, and the expansion gap should not be more than 10 mm. The Expansion joint must be properly sealed all around with weather sealant to make it water tight. b. The periphery of the glazing shall be sealed both from inside and outside with silicone weather sealant of approved grade to make the glazings water / airtight. c. Gaps up to 10mm between the peripheral aluminum member and masonry / R.C.C. / stone shall be sealed by inserting Backer Rod and weather silicon sealant. Wherever the gaps are expected to be more than 10 mm, shall be sealed by providing and fixing of 2mm thick aluminium sheet / 4 mm thick ACP flashing)s (To be paid in separate line item )duly Pure Polyester powder coated to 50-60 Micron thickness in approved colour / anodized to 20 - 25 microns bent to required profile as per site requirement d. A 10 year warranty shall be obtained from the structural sealant manufacturer for all structural sealant applied at site and submitted to the owners on completion of the work.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.
In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) brushed finished railing in brushed finish made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
Providing and fixing a stainless steel (SS) handrail brushed finish for the staircase. The handrail shall be fabricated from high-quality stainless steel grade 304/316, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The handrail shall have a diameter of 50 mm and shall be installed at specified heigth from the finished floor level of the staircase. The handrail shall be securely fixed to the staircase using stainless steel brackets, spaced at intervals not exceeding 1 meter. The brackets shall be anchored to the staircase structure with suitable fasteners to ensure stability and safety. All joints and connections shall be welded or mechanically fastened as per the design requirements, ensuring a smooth and seamless finish. The brushed finish shall be uniform and free from any scratches or blemishes. The entire installation shall comply with relevant IS codes and safety standards, providing a safe and aesthetically pleasing handrail for the staircase. All work shall be carried out with precision and care, ensuring a high-quality finish and long-lasting performance.
SUB HEAD 9.0 : FALSE CEILING
Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm center to center, one flange f1Xed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x1Ox0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm center to center, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm center to center, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanizing @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main 'T runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm center to center, and cross "T" of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main'T' at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross 'T' of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200 x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a perimeter wall..
...angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calcium silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main 'T' runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanized steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main 'T. Bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge/ Architect.
Note :- Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm. The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC value of 0.50 (Minimum), light reflection > 85%, non- combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity <0.043 w/mK.
Acoustical Grid Tile
Providing and Installing of Acoustical micro look edge 600x600mm and 15 mm thickness, easily demountable tile, Option of weekly dusting, vacuum cleaning, manufactured from High density glass wool utilizing the 3RD Technology, visible surface is a batch painted glass tissue in white, back of the tile covered with glass tissue. 83% light reflectance. Tiles classified under sound absorption class A with "alpha w " value of 0.95 at minimum 200mm o.d.s. Sound absorption test results measured according to EN ISO 354 and classification according to EN ISO 11654 and the single value rating for NRC value - 0.9 according to ASTM C 423 . Tiles should have white colour " White 500 " nearest NCS colour sample S 0500 - N with tiles withstand a permanent ambient RH up to 95% at 30 degree C without sagging , warping and delaminating ( ISO 4611).Ceiling is consist of Axiom profile for hanging effect wherever required. Axioms channels 50mm mm wide face with 19.3mm(+/-0.50mm) horizontal legs, straight sections with special bosses formed for attachment to the Axiom tee-bar connection clip or hanging clip, extruded Aluminum, factory finished (minimum 34-50 microns factory - applied baked polyester paint). These are Aluminum Extrusions formed with distinct architectural detail groove on top and bottom flanges and special bosses to receive the tee bar connection clips and splice plates, to provide positive mechanical lock with no visible fasteners. Hang the sections of Axiom Trim onto the grid system by engaging the top ear of the connection clip under the boss of the channel trim. Slide the lower leg downward to engage the lower boss on the trim and secure by tightening the locking screw.
Complete the installation of all channel trims sections. Install and secure the splice plates, corner pieces, alignment plates etc. Make adjustments as necessary to properly align the complete installation. Complete in all respect as per the direction of Architect/Engineer-in-charge.
Framing system:- Providing and fixing Gypsteel pre coated (Exposed portion only) GI T Grid system in 600x600mm module which includes providing and fixing wall angle along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300mm centers. Then suspending the main tee of size from the soffit with help of soffit cleat, rawl plugs and wire rod with Leveling spring clip at 1200mm c/c. 1200mm Cross Tee is then interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the main Tees at 600mm centers in direction perpendicular to the main Tee to make a grid of 600x600mm.Finally 600mm Cross tees are then interlocked into the pre cut slots in the 1200mm tees at 1200mm centers and in direction parallel to the main tee. Cross Tees having length more than 600mm are to be supported independently. Dimensions:- Main Runner ‘T’ section of size 14x38mm hot dipped galvanized steel body and capped with precoated of dipped galvanized steel and 3.6mtr. Long. Cross Runner ‘T’ section of size 14x25mm hot dipped galvanized steel body and capped with precoated of dipped galvanized steel and 1.2/0.6mtr. Long. Perimeter wall angle of hot dipped galvanized steel angle body of size 19x19mm and 3.05mtr. long. Complete in all respect as per the direction of Architect/Engineer-in-charge. Cost is inclusive of all necessary scaffolding.
SUB HEAD 10.0 : WATER PROOFING WORK
Note: All waterproofing work shall be executed only through approved agencies and a ten year guarantee is to be submitted to the Owner on approved proforma.
Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Roof with PU based single component elastomeric pure polyurethane based coating on new terrace/ Chajjas/ Sunken portion of WC: Bathroom, cold applied PU waterproofing membrane that is highly elastic with elongation greater than 400% and tensile strength greater than 2MPa as per ASTM D412. The waterproofing membrane to be applied in 2coats @ 1.6kg per m2 to achieve final DFT (dry film thickness) of 1mm including prime coat of epoxy primer @150 g per m2 and protection with 120gsm Geo-textile over the waterproofing membrane. Cost in inclusive of 15mm thick protection layer in cement mortar 1:3 (1 part cement : 3 part of coarse sand) mixed with water proffing compound. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, Bore Packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per specification & with a 10 years warranty on product & work from certified manufacturers as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.
Providing and laying an avgerage of 100 mm thick M20 grade PP fiber reinforced concrete screed with Min. 75 mm thick at the rain water outlets, laid to a slope of 1 : 120, including saw cutting (approx. 6mm W x 30mm D) at 3MX4M panels within 24 hours of concrete placement and filling the groove with Expanded Polyethylene backer rod keeping the top approx. 10 mm depth open and sealing the groove on the top after 28 days of concrete placement with PU sealant or equivalent, and making angle fillet of 100mmX100mm using M20 grade concrete at the corners, compaction, curing for 7 days etc. complete. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner.
Providing and Applying PU based Elastomeric Liquid Applied PU Waterproofing Membrane single component, cold applied, water based acrylic PU dispersion with highly elastic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Existing Roof surface/Chajjas/Sunken portion of WC:Bathroom applied @ 1.2L/per m2,having tensile strength greater than 1.5N/mm2, elongation greater than 300% with solid content not less than 60% in 2 coats including surface preparation, priming the surface with water based acrylic primer @0.1 L/m2, and spreading 60 gsm geotextile between two top coats completely as per specification. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, Bore Packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per specification & with a 10 years warranty on product & work from certified manufacturers as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.
Providing & laying broken brick bat in sunken filling mixed with Manufactured/ Natural sand. The broken brick bats shall be of good quality and of appropriate size as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The sand used for mixing shall be clean, well-graded, and free from impurities. The mixture shall be prepared in the specified proportions to ensure proper compaction and stability. All Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge / Architect.
Providing and laying 200mm micron Polythene sheet with minimum overlap of 150mm at jointing area. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge/ Architect.
Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Water tanks & Liquid Retaining structures with two component acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing membrane with minimum elongation of 50% applied @ 1.5 kg/m2 for internal side waterproofing in two layers with waiting period of 4-6 hrs per layer and food grade epoxy coating in two coats certified by CFTRI Mysuru, including surface preparation completely as per specification & with a 10 years warranty on product & work from certified manufacturers as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.

Providing and fixing a 19mm thick waterproof plywood counter over available mild steel (MS) frame. The plywood shall be of high-quality, BWP (Boiling Water Proof) grade, conforming to IS 710 standards, ensuring durability and resistance to moisture. The MS frame shall be fabricated from mild steel sections, with a minimum size of 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, and shall be designed to provide adequate support and stability to the plywood counter.
The MS frame shall be securely fixed to the supporting structure using appropriate fasteners and anchors. The edges of the plywood shall be finished with edge banding or lipping to provide a neat and durable finish. The surface of the plywood counter shall be sanded smooth and finished with a suitable laminate or polish as per the design specifications. All work shall be carried out in accordance with relevant IS codes and best practices, ensuring a high-quality finish and long-lasting performance. The finished counter shall be level, smooth, and free from any defects.
SUB HEAD 8.0 : STEEL WORK

SUB HEAD 9.0 : WATER PROOFING WORK
Note: All waterproofing work shall be executed only through approved agencies and a ten year guarantee is to be submitted to the Owner on approved proforma.
Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Roof with PU based single component elastomeric pure polyurethane based coating on new terrace/ Chajjas/ Sunken portion of WC: Bathroom, cold applied PU waterproofing membrane that is highly elastic with elongation greater than 400% and tensile strength greater than 2MPa as per ASTM D412. The waterproofing membrane to be applied in 2coats @ 1.6kg per m2 to achieve final DFT (dry film thickness) of 1mm including prime coat of epoxy primer @150 g per m2 and protection with 120gsm Geo-textile over the waterproofing membrane. Cost in inclusive of 15mm thick protection layer in cement mortar 1:3 (1 part cement : 3 part of coarse sand) mixed with water proffing compound. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, Bore Packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per specification & with a 10 years warranty on product & work from certified manufacturers as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.
Providing and laying an avgerage of 100 mm thick M20 grade PP fiber reinforced concrete screed with Min. 75 mm thick at the rain water outlets, laid to a slope of 1 : 120, including saw cutting (approx. 6mm W x 30mm D) at 3MX4M panels within 24 hours of concrete placement and filling the groove with Expanded Polyethylene backer rod keeping the top approx. 10 mm depth open and sealing the groove on the top after 28 days of concrete placement with PU sealant or equivalent, and making angle fillet of 100mmX100mm using M20 grade concrete at the corners, compaction, curing for 7 days etc. complete. MISCELLANEOUS WORKS
Misc 1: WIRE MESH BARRIACTION
Hire charges for providing and fixing chainlink fencing with suitable mild steel (MS) framing for a height up to 3 meters. The chainlink mesh shall be made of galvanized steel wire with a minimum thickness of 4 mm, woven into a diamond pattern with an aperture size of 50 mm. The mesh shall be securely fixed to MS posts and rails, which shall be fabricated from high-quality mild steel sections. The MS posts shall be of square or circular hollow sections with a minimum size of 50 mm x 50 mm or 50 mm diameter, respectively, and shall be spaced at intervals not exceeding 2.5 meters. The posts shall be embedded in concrete foundations of appropriate size and depth to ensure stability and durability. The top and bottom rails shall be of similar MS sections, securely welded or bolted to the posts. The entire MS framework shall be treated with a rust-preventive primer and finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The chainlink mesh shall be tensioned and fixed to the MS framework using galvanized suitable clamps. All work shall be carried out in accordance with relevant IS codes and best practices, ensuring a robust and long-lasting fencing solution.
Misc 2: GI SHEET BARRIACTION
Hire charges for providing & fixing temporary barricading around the site, material and barbending yard using GI corrugated sheet to a height of 6m. The GI corrugated /plain sheets of 0.35mm thick shall be fixed to the framework made out of SHS 100 for vertical strut placed at about 3m center to center with required bracing using SHS 50 placed about 2m center to center and fixing diagonal middle braces using 25mm dia MS pipe forming a rigid frame work as per the architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The barricade shall remain in the same location till the completion of the construction project. No additional charges shall be paid for the extended period of contract.
