Engagement of user fee collection agency for Shivani Fee Plaza at Km.29+000 of NH-166E of Village- Shivani Phata, District- Taluka Kadegaon for the project of rehabilitation and upgradation of 2 lane road with paved shoulders of Karad-Vita section from (Design Ch. Km. 0/000 to Km. 47/000) of NH-166E in the state of Maharashtra and upkeep/maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items.

1) I/We hereby submitting an "Undertaking" that, I/We carefully checked the (i) Bidder Quoted % in row "B"and (ii) Quoted Remittance in row "C" and found corrected and acceptable to me/us. I/We will not dispute these "Figures" submitted by me/us in the "Financial Bid".

2) In Column-B, bidder has to fill either % above or % below. Any deviation from this, bid will be treated as "Non-Responsive".

3) After filling % Above or % Below in row-B, Bidders are advised to check carefully the Quoted Remittance in row-C before submitting/uploading the bid. If Nothing is filled in row 'B' (i.e., %Above/ %below kept Blank) while submitting the bids, bid will be Evaluated Considering Quoted Remittance Equal to APC.

4) The Financial Bid shall be submitted online in Xls format provided by NHAI only. PDF/Scanned copies will not be accepted.

5) The amount quoted above shall be exclusive of the TCS. Any other Taxes & Service Charges etc., as applicable, shall be borne by the Bidder over and above the quoted amount.
