Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter in rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats,breaks in floors,window cills,concrete railings,openings in concrete walls,floor and roofs n.exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls,horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5 cm but n.exc 10 cm wide rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of beams, lintels, including supports, overhangs, etc, also slpays between floors and beams, etc.and the like for rough finishedsurfaces of concrete.

Use and waste of formwork to the sides of columns for rough finished surfaces of concrete.

M&L RCC M-30 (using 20mm garded stone agg) as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns,etc.,basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete, all as specified.

M&L RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in column,pillars, piers, posts and struts etc. complete all as specified

M&L RCC M-30 (using 20mm garded stone agg) as in beams,cantilevers, bands, coping,bressummers, lintels and the like all as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1: 6 complete.

M & L for providing cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate ) as in bed plates , holdfasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating ,as directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT CRS bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L Mild steel TMT CRS bars 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

S&F Framed work as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or rivted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters; walk ways; railing; framework of watertanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel work posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1: 4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specfied and as directed.

M & L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide incl preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Dismantling fencing wire, any type complete all as specified and directed.
