REPAIR TO SEWER LINE, MANHOLE, MANHOLE COVER, DRAINS AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT DGRE UNDER AGE (I) R and D MANALI

Demolition of exisiting damaged stone/Brick/ Concrete Block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & labour for random rubble stone masonary , uncoursed well bounded, bedded and soilidly hearted in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron/pvc pipes 75/100mm dia jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints 110 mm dia laid in trenches of fixed to walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints 75 mm dia laid in trenches or fixed to walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 110 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 75 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

S & F in repair 32 mm dia High density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) of pressusre rating 6 Kgf/cm2 laid in trenches/ wall fixed with clamp, hook etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for cleaning of sewer lines (removal of blockage between two manholes) of various sizes for sewage by any means of rodding etc (manually) and flushing with water including removing rugs of any type, dirt, foreign matter etc and removing out side of MOD land complete upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Cleaning the existing man holes of any size upto 1.5 Mtr depth by removing the sludge/foul by any means & removing the sludge and deposited where directed and flushing the man holes with clear water, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge. Note for Item No.13 & 14 :- (i) The rates quoted in the above items includes cost of T&P like rods, bamboos etc complete. (ii) The lines /manholes measured once, can not measured again within 3 months. If blockage re-occurs within 3 months the contractor will clean again & nothing will be paid extra on this account (iv) Contractor has to engage 01 safiwala for DGRE Area/MES Area with mobile phone, The safiwala report in complain cell/Sub Div office with all necessary T & P as above for excevation of the item.

Taking out solid content from sump/septic tank and sewage lines either manually or by pumping cleaning thoroughly incl disposal of liquid/solid content out of the MoD Area and covering with layer of earth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Cleaning of existing covered / uncovered (partly / semi or fully filled up) drain, of any opening width and depth by removing and re-fixing of cover-slab (wherever applicable) taking out accumulated silt, mud, earth, rubbish, vegetation etc from the drain and removing the same at a distance exceeding 500 metre but not exceeding 1 Kilometre where directed, washing of the drain with water, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Cleaning the garbage bins removing wet and dry garbage etc. by any means and removing outside MOD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Cleaning of floor traps by any means and removing the sludge out side the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Cleaning of gully traps by any means and removing the sludge out side the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Cleaning urinals by any means and removing blockage and removing sludge/silt out side of MOD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Cleaning wash hand basin/sink by any means and removing blockage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning Water Closet (Orissa pattern/EWC) by any means and removing blockage and removing sludge/silt out side of MOD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

S & F in repair 32mm dia PVC waste pipe all, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

S & F in repair 75 mm Thick RCPC (Reinforced Cement Polymer Concrete) Man hole cover with frame of size 800mm x 800mm (anti skid top) fixed in proper position in existing man hole, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

S & F in repair 75 mm Thick RCPC (Reinforced Cement Polymer Concrete) Man hole cover with frame of size 600mm x 600mm (anti skid top) fixed in proper position in existing man hole, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

S & F in repair 75 mm Thick RCPC (Reinforced Cement Polymer Concrete) Man hole cover with frame of size 600mm x 450mm (anti skid top) fixed in proper position in existing man hole, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Taking up/down old manhole cover with frame (heavy duty) and raising / re-fixing in proper position, set in cement mortar 1:3 and haunching with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) concrete surround finished even and smooth without using extra, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge. ( Note :- If the manhole raising is more than 100 mm thick then Brick work /Stone work shall be measured seprately)

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia pipes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring benching to drain, coping, etc and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds mitered or stopped ends etc. , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floor over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) on stone wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat of cement mortar in 1:3 complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash down water closet (Pedestal pattern) white including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc. plastic water closet seat, black/white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromiumplated or aluminised hinging device, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

S & F in repair vitreous china squatting pan “ORISSA PATERN” of size 580 mm x 440 mm, white, with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc and making good to floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Taking down cement plaster in RR stone masonry walls,including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick of stone masonry or concrete block surfaces, using in CM 1 : 4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on stone wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L Preparation of newly plastered on stone wall surfaces and applying two coasts of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.
