Measuring the Insulation Resistance value for primary/secondary winding HT/LT cables, short circuit/open circuit, checking of WTI healthy condition. Testing & calibration and issuing certificate for transformers complete etc.

General Servicing of (Vacuum Circuit Breaker) VCB's with the following necessary works: Cleaning and tightness checking for mechanisms, contacts, insulators, checking the fixing contact, secondary isolating contact. Measure the insulation resistance value for all poles with open condition and closed condition. Checking the Vacuum Interrupter, lubricating and greasing the pins, roller assembly, pole latch spring retainer, slotted guide, pole latch nylon rollers and crank, ON/OFF mechanism, tripping push button assembly, checking of ON/OFF mechanism including testing of contact resistance using 100A suitable kit checked & breaker timing checking & CT testing.

General Servicing of Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) for the following: Cleaning and tightness checking for Mechanism and conmtact, insulators, checking the fixing contact, secondary isolating contact. Measure the insulation resistance value for all poles wirh open condition and closed condition. Lubricating and greasing the pins, roller assembly, pole latch spring retainer, slotted guide, pole latch nylon rollers and crank, ON/OFF mechanism, tripping push button assembly, checking of ON/OFF mechanism.

Testing of Earth Electrodes

Testing of Earth & Neutral Electrodes, DG - NGR and issuing test report for Earth Resistance value including replacing of new GI fastners and necessary items. Also painting the values in the pit top cover.
