ALUMINIUM WORKS

PASS BOX

:Pass Box shall be provided at required locations for transfer of samples, chemicals and materials into the laboratory Pass box with UV to be provided. The Pass Box shall be constructed in 18swg SS 304. The corners inside the Pass Box chamber shall be coved for easy cleaning. The pass box chamber dimension shall be approximately 610 mm x 610 mm x 610 mm. The unit shall be complete with HEPA filters, blower, motor, door electromagnets, door interlock, UV Lamp with timer, necessary wiring, controls and all other accessories. Etc. complete.

DOORS AND WINDOWS

Providing and fixing to existing door frames24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (&plus 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (&plus 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (&plus 0.2 mm) wall thickness,fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. cleats. Manufacturing and fixing- hanging of Fire retardant flexible Canvass connection at outlet of each Ducted IDU with zipper to facilitate temperature measurement. Rates is per Machine, not per Outlet.

Fusible link type Fire Damper of Galvanized Steel Sheet construction, 16G GI casing and 16G GI blades 150 mm wide, 3 V type in 18G 600 mm sleeve complete with chrome plated spindles ,self lubricating bushes,120 minutes fire rating as per UL-555.

ODU STAND

CONDENSING UNIT MS PLATFORM STAND FOR VRF ODUs Supply and Installation of Hot-dip galvanized MS platform stand of adequate wight bearing capacity, should be safe for maintenance and installation work. It to be mounted on wall or Slab provided by Civil agency. Double rubber pads & galvanized MS plates for each leg. Rates should be quoted per VRF ODU circuit not per Kg rates.

DRAIN WATER PIPING

Supply and fixing in position of 32mm condensate drain water pipe from indoor unit drain to the floor trap piping with 19mm thick nitrile rubber insulation and with necessary fittings like elbows, tees and reducers etc. Openings as good as same.
