PART A: 250 kVA TRANSFORMER(USS) INSTALLATION

Unitised Substation- outdoor type 250 kVA 11 kV USS (dry type):- Design, Fabrication, Supply outdoor type Unitized substation enclosure consisting of HT compartment with 11kV load break switch, Transformer compartment with 250 kVA, 11kV/433V 3Ph 50Hz vector Dyn-11, cast resin type, transformer with IP54 enclosure, winding temparature alarm and trip, necessary louvers, all standard fittings and accessories, LV chambers suitable for termination of necessory power and control cabling for alarm, tripping & indication, all required internal cabling etc complete and as per specifications in all respects.

HT compartment:- 11 kV, 26kA for 3 seconds, 630A LBS. 630A continuously rated Al busbar. Seal off Bushing, Shunt Trip coil, Space Heater with thermostat, padlocking for open, close, earth, test position.

Transformer Compartment(Dry Type):- 250 kVA 11kV/433V 3 Ph 50 Hz, Dry Type Vector Dyn-11 transformer copper wound, CRGO laminated, Class F insulation, indoor distribution Transformer with air natural cooling. The transformer shall have Delta on HV side and Star on LV side with off load tap changer range:+5% to-10% in steps of 2.5%

LT chamber:- Provision for 400A 4P MCCB and terminating & connecting LT cables.

Charge for Unloading transformer at site using crane.

Supply, conveyance and fixing suitable outdoor kiosk for HT TOD meter near double pole structure with angle iron support including supply and fixing test terminal box in kiosk.

Supply, conveyance and installation of 3 pole 4 wire 11kV/110V, 5A, 0.2S accuracy class HT TOD meter in existing kiosk.

Supply, conveyance and installation of out door type CT/PT unit specification of current transformers 3 nos -/5, 10VA, CL: 0.2S and specification of potential transformer ratio:11kV/110V, 25VA, CL:0.2, work include erecting CT & PT unit on the existing double pole structure.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Unitised substation outdoor type 250kVA, 11kV/433V,3 phase, 50Hz, cast resin Distribution Transforme on the existing Plinth. The work include leading, alignment checking of the transformer.

Supply and fixing of 400A 4P Microprocessor release MCCB having isolation duty with 3 O/C & 1no. E/F release and standby low set E/F relay using CT at neutral earthing conductor in existing LT cable entry box on USS.

Cable Laying.

Supply and laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE 11 kV grade armoured aluminium cables of the following size direct in ground depth upto 1 mtr, including excavation,cutting of concrete floor using hydraulic machine, brick protective covering, refilling, making good the damages using cement plastering etc. as directed complete.

3CX185 Sq mm (from double pole structure to HT side of transformer)

Supply Indoor/Outdoor High Tension Termination Kit for 3C x 185 Sq mm XLPE cable and provide cable termination.

Supply and Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size cables direct in ground including, excavation, cutting of cement floor,brick protective covering, refilling, making good the damages using cement plastering etc. as directed complete.

3.5CX185 Sq mm AYFY(LT side of transformer to Main Panel & 250A COS to 400A COS in Main panel ).

Termination of above UG cable using Brass Glands and Aluminium sockets.

3.5CX35 Sq mm AYFY( Main Panel to APFC panel).

Termination of above UG cable using Brass Glands and Aluminium sockets.

3.5CX50 Sq mm AYFY(Main Panel to Oxygen Plant).

Termination of above UG cable using Brass Glands and Aluminium sockets.

Disconnecting existing incoming and outgoing cables in 400A COS in main panel and 250A COS in chage over panel. Reconnecting 40 kVA and 160 kVA DG cables to the change over panel using Brass Glands and Aluminium sockets. Including shifting of change over panel.

Supply and Laying 2CX1.5 Sq mm copper UG cable (for Earth fault relay, Neutral CT, Transformer emergency power off)

Termination of above UG cable.

Supply & laying of 2.5 sq mm X 12 core Cu UG cable from CTPT to energy meter.

Termination of above UG cable.

Supplying and making straight through joint with cable joint kit including other jointing materials for 35 sq mm Al cable, including Supply and laying 5 mtr 3.5C X 35 sq mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Civil Work

Construction of transformer foundation by excavation in soil mechanically/ manually including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil, providing solid Block masonry using pre cast blocks above ground level upto 0.30 mtr and cement palstering, back filling soil, consolidating soil by ramming and watering inside the plinth, including providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade above the plinth as directed. The dimension of the plinth shall be Suitable to transformer.

Supply, fabrication, conveyance and fixing the angle iron cable tray bent to shape / cut and welded to shape and fixing the same to double pole structure using welding and painting with 2 coats of paint.

Modify the existing power room grill fencing and providing adequate weather proofing for the same by supplying additional squre pipe fencing and sheet covering, including supply of all materials and painting as required.

EARTHING

Supply, conveyance and providing plate earthing minimum 6 nos. as per IS 3043 with 1200x1200x12 mm CI earth plate, including excavation and refilling with coal, salt etc. inclusive of all connected civil works.

Supply following size of GI flats/Copper wires for earthing of transformer, Panel board etc. and interconnection of earth pits as per technical specification. Earth strip/wires to be taken through GI pipes/cable trays/Hume pipes/built in trunches/soil etc. wherever necessary. Rate inclusive of connected civil works, necessary tinning, providing sockets and end termination of copper strips/wires with all accessories required for the complete work.

32X6 mm GI strip.

25X3 Copper strip.

Supply and fixing 25X3 Copper earth bus.

10 SWG Copper wire.

Supply and laying 6 SWG Copper earth.

APFC PANEL- 40 kVAR

Supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissonning of In-door type electrical APFC Switch Board Panel suitable for 415volts 3ph, 50Hz AC system with the required i.e. APFC Relay, timer, Heavy duty Power capacitor Contactors, CT/PT,Aux.contactor,Indicationlamps,Push button and all other necessary equipment switchgear and accessories and having suitable enclosure compartmentalized, totally enclosed free standing, Floor/wall mounted type, suitable bus bar,earthing arragement, suitable for operation from front side and ready for installation at site.

SAFETY EQUIPMENTS

Supply and providing fire retardent, electrical insulating rubber mat of suitable thickness as required. (3 nos)

Supply and installation of fire extinguisher.(2 nos)

Supply and provide 2nos. fire bucket with stand.

Supply HT gloves.(2 no.)

Supply and Fixing shock treatment chart (1 no.)

Supply and fixing danger plate(2 nos.).

Supply and fixing HT cable route marker (5 nos.).

Supply and installation of emergency power off switch with breakable glass box for transformer.

DOCUMENTATION

Preparation of electrical drawing for getting approval from Electrical Inspectorate and KSEB.

To and Fro Conveyance and testing fee for TOD meter, CT:PT unit at TMR division

Testing fee for CT coil, Neutral CT, Earth fault relay and Soil resistivity test, Scrutiny, Inspection fee etc. to be remitted to Electrical Inspectorate.

Note: KSEB Fee should be paid by client (caution deposit, Administrative over head charge, processing fee etc.)
