Mechanical works

Supply and delivery of clear water vertical wet type submersible pump suitable for borewell conforming to IS:8034 (and as amended therafter) with standard MOC for potable clear cold water and BEE 3 star rated capable of discharging noted M3/hr against head of water column. The pump shall be directly coupled with a continuous rated 2-pole suitable wet type vertical squirel cage induction motor conforming to IS : 9283 (and as amended therafter), suitable for operation in AC Three phase 415V, 50Hz (category B motor). For 20HP, Stage-3, 52m head of WC & 70m3/hr discharge.

Installation of 20HP submerisble pump motor set for any length of pump assembly exceeding 18 meter length by using necessary requisite tools and plantes by lowering the same within the tubewell housing pipe by fitting fixing column pipes and other accessories, fixtures with necessary nuts, bolts and washer and suspending the entire assembly set vertically fixing the same supported by M.S clamps over the top of houysing pipe etc, including transportation of submersible pump motor and all other accessories and equipment from store to worksite as per direction of EIC.

Supply of Enlarger of size 100mmx125mm (MOC-M.S)

Supply of pump-motor protective device cage (M.S) comprising of clamps etc as per direction of EIC.

Supply of safety clamp for the P/M set 10 mm X 50 mm section as per direction of EIC.

Supply,fitting & fixing Split type M.S fabricated suitable tube well cover for the tube well etc as per direction of EIC.

Supplying including cost of installation of cast iron mechanical joint Double socket 90° Bend as dim entionally described in IS : 13382/2004 for connecting two plain ends of Cl/DI pipes with C.I body and follower gland, zinc coated MS. fasteners and sealing rubber gasket of EPDM quality as per IS:13382:2004 complete. for 150mm diameter.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of Pressure Gauge & Acessories of approved make and quality all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. i) Pressure Gauge 2" Dial

Cast iron double flanged single door swing Non-Return Valve generally conforming to IS 14846 having body, door cover in graded cast iron to IS 210 Gr. FG 200, body and door rings and bearing block of leaded tin bronze to I.S 318 Gr. LTB 2, hinge pin of ST AISI410 valves suitable for maximum working pressure of 10/16 kg/cm2 and body tested 15/24 kg/cm2.

Cost iron double flanged manually operated sluice valves generally conforming to IS 14846 : 2000, having four faces and spindle nut of gunmetal, inside screw non- rising type quality gunmetal /AISI 410 spindle: seat tested to 10kg/CM2 and body tested to 15kg/CM2, flanges flat faced and drilled to 1S. : 1538 : 1993. Painted black all over with asphalt base paint. Valves tested by closed end method. 150mm

Supplying including cost of installation of C.I. Mechanical joint All Socket Tee as dimensionally described in IS: 13382/2004 (With Modified Socket). Each Tee consists of One C.I. Body, Three C.I. Follower Glands, Three sealing Rubber Gaskets of EPDM quality (Conforming to IS:5382/85 Type- Sl. No. Description Unit Rate Schedule of Rates 38 4) and Zinc coated M.S. Fasteners . The whole assembly is mechanically and hydraulically tested to provisions as laid down in IS: 13382/2004. Diameter in mm: 150 x 150 x 150

Construction of supporting pillar supporting platform for the resting of valves for easy operation with neat cement finish as per direction of EIC.

Electrical works

Supply, delivery of 415V, 3Ph, 50Hz, auto-maunual 20kW star delta starter control panel for Sub. P/M set. (as per enclosed details). Mk-Sellwin/Electromech/AC Power/Equivalent as per direction of EIC.

Installation of 415V, 3Ph, 50Hz, auto-maunual 20kW star delta starter control panel for Sub. P/M set.

Supplying of following XLPE insulated aluminum conductor armored cables of 1.1kv grade as per is 7098 (part 1) 1988 with up to date amendments. (rate in rs. Per mtr). 3.5 core , 35 sq. mm.

Laying of two cables upto 35 sqmm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal), the trench size : 680 mm x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled up with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed .

Laying of cable from 3/3½ core 35 sqmm to 50 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below. For 3½ core 35 sqmm .

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. For 3½ core 35 sqmm

S/F M. S. loop box (10 SWG) of size 10.3/4 “x 8.3/4” x 5" (269mm x 219mm x125mm) having almirah type cover complete with special type locking arrangement including S/F 8 “x6” x1/4" (200mm x 150mm x 6 mm) bakelite sheet 1 no. 4-way ebonit connector block, 1 No. 15 Amp fuse unit fitted inside the box and suitable size danger board riveted on cover of the box outside & fixing the box with pole by means of M.S. Clamps of 1"x1/4" (25mm x 6mm) of suitable length and encasing the box by 1:3:6 cement concrete with graded stone chip (3/4" down). The depth of the concrete should be 60cm x 54cm x 54cm including plastering and neat cementing and S/F 2 Nos. compression gland of suitable size and making all necessary connections as reqd.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below By ISI-Medium GI pipe.
