Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable service cable of any size and description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully existing DB’s, feeder pillar, bus bar of any type and description and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the existing wall/floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable exhaust fan of any size and description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully sub-main wiringof any size including wooden batten etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the existing wall/ floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable of size 10 Sqmm 4 core, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable conforming to latest IS, laid in trenches/ ducts/ HDPE pipe or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/ paths/ drains/culverts duly protected in galvanised steel pipe of suitable size all bare conductor of cable duly insulated 1.1 KV grade heat shrinkable sleeve including cable gland and lugging etc at both ends, including taking up of old existing cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:-1. The earth work shall be measured and paid sepretely under appropriate item of Sch A. 2. Rates quoted are inclusive of cutting the wall surface for the entry of cable at the VTPN connection site & making good using cement plaster & paint.

S&F LED tube light batten 20 watts 4 fts extruded polycarbonate housing, translucent diffuser with LED light source, 2000 lumen, natural white, surge protection range- 2KV, voltage protection range 120-280 VAC with intergrated driver and surge protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED 20 watt Building security light fitting mounting type made out of one piece in pressure die-cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source and PC cover separate compartment for driver, including bracket clamp and fixing accessories complete with electronic driver and all accessories. The fitting shall IP 66 protection, duly prewired complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Exhaust fan Steel body AC single phase 230/240 Volt, 900 RPM of size 300 mm sweep double ball bearing complete with louvers including making hole and grouting of nut bolts etc and making good the disturbed sufaces of wall all as specified and directed . Note : Old Exhaust fan to be deposited in MES store Yard

Supply and fix MCCB/MCB distribution board, Vertical TPN, 4 way, 415 V, 3 phase, AC with MCCB as incomer and MCBs as outgoing in sheet steel powder painted enclosure double door type with minimum IP 43 degree of protection with built in copper bus bar of capacity 125 to 200 Amp, neutral link and earth link complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of DB and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof SPN 4 way IP 43 (double door) 250 volts with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar neutral bar, earth bar, single pole and neutral, flush to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring two single core 6 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS-H) 1100Volts grade drawn in & including rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia or more medium grade concealed in wall along with 6.00 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLS-H) as earth wire and wire connected with main earth dolly including cutting chasing and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for feeder pillar bus bar box of size 600x450x550 mm outdoor type, double door, both side, openable with locking arrangement, kiosk type, powder coated, 3.00 mm thick MS sheet water proof hinged, having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of capacity 250 Amp duty colour coated mounted on porcelain insulators with provn of 04 nos outgoing including MCCB 160 Amps, 25 kA, Ics=100% Icu=01 nos as incomer, LED phase indicator (RYB), holes on bottom for cable entry and exit with suitable size cable gland and mild steel stand for mounting of panel board made of angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm, 1.0 metre high (450mm below ground level and 600 mm above ground level) alongwith necessary cement concrete for grouting of panel stand, foundation and connecting the panel with earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L unserviceable Bus-bar chamber made out of sheet metal enclosure 250 Amps power coated independent for five connections (1 i/g & 4 o/g), aluminium busbar suitable for 250 amps current rating mounted on wall, including connecting all incoming and out going electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable/ foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/disintegrated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soft/disintegrated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Labour and T&P for horizontal boring of hole passing through pavement/road/hardstanding by manual or mechanical means suitable for 50 mm bord complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing light grade ISI marked of 50 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (M-15) using nominal size of graded coarse aggregate in 20mm foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installed & fix maintenance free earthing copper bonded steel earth rod of 10 feet long having diameter of 17.2mm with copper bonding thickness of 250 micron, UL listed, CPRI Tested at 25 KA fault current for one second and is provided with universal clamp made of SS earth enhancing compound shall be of 50kg/pit (resistivity is less than 0.12 Ohm meter) tested as per IEC 62561-7. The above arrangements shall be provided with heavy duty earth poly plastic pit cover of 6000 kg load bearing capacity (Size:270 x 240 x 200mm) and FRLS-H insulated copper conductor of size 6 sqmm, single core cable drawn through and including light grade GI pipe of size 15 mm upto 7 mtr incl cutting and chases on wall and floor and aking good using PCC complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. 2. Rate are inclusive of excavation, returning filling and removal all as specified and directed.
