Internal repairing and painting in canteen area of hostels

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, oil stains of cooking oil from wall surface, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and reparing the surface smooth including washing same with necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture ( ASIAN/ BURGER/ DULUX or equivalent ), including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve smooth even shade and colour etc complete with filling of holes and cracks with cement based putty as per direction of EIC . Note: The surface shall be cleaned with sand paper and water from dust or loose material if required.

One or more coats applied @ 0.38 litre/ 10sqm

Two or more coats applied @ 0.60 litre/ 10sqm. One coat primer may be applied, if required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint @0.70 ltr per 10sqm of approved brand and manufacture ( ASIAN / BURGER/ DULUX or equivalent ) of required colour to give an even shade after making the surface smooth and cleaned from rust and damaged old paints with sand papering: One or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper ( 110mm ) with necessary screws, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :100x10 mm

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make ( NITCO / KAJARIA/ Johnson / equivalent ) in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness. including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

6 mm cement plaster of mix :1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) along with thick coat of neat cement punning etc complete.
