Dismantling of 05 Cusecs horizontal pumping unit from its base-frame/motor, suction and pump. Dragging up to the loading site, and loaded/shifted to workshop for necessary repairs enlisted as under. a). Repairs to shaft by way of re metalling, welding, finishing, grinding of welded portions to achieve proper size and finish. b). Manufacturing, providing and fitting of gun metal sleeves of required size having inner dia 1 ½”, outer dia 2” and length 8”. c). Manufacturing, providing and fitting of gun metal impeller wearing ring as per sample. d). Manufacturing, providing and fitting of gun metal cooling rings. e). Providing and fitting of ball bearings 6308 of reputed make. f). Providing and fitting of gland cup g). Providing and fitting of gland packing h). Providing and fitting of coupling bolts i). Reassembling the unit after conducting necessary repairs and shifting the same to site i.e. Gundimacher LIS and installing and testing on full load.
