Matrerial and labour for 40mm thick average thickness PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course / padding over roof surface with and including water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cement, surface to be finished even and smooth with using extra cement to receive APP membrane including cleaning the roots top surfaces, brick tiles or concrete surfaces by picking vegitation rootsm sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and filling of damaged joints of brick tiles in CM 1:4 etc complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for APP polymeric water proofing treatement to roof using membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 kg/sqm , black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt (Weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) with thermo fusible finish laid by force application after applying compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr per Sqm, by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25' C temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat, torching over laps with a propane or butane gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side and 150 mm at the ends and sealing including a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm below APP and two coats water proofing paint with aluminium finish on top of laid APP surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : - (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. Contractor's quoted rate for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as roof kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges complete including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from existing water storage tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres by emptying, drying and cleaning the tank by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank including cleaning from mouths of circulating pipes, to entire satisfaction of Engr-in–charge of cleaning, including writing date of cleaning with oil paint of of visible colour in font size not less than 100 mm high complete all as specified and directed. (The rates includes for disconnecting of existing water tank, lowering if required and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning ) NOTE: - (i) The whole process of disconnecting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning shall be done on the same day, if failing so, Rs. 100/- shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due. (ii) A separate register to be maintained by contractor for cleaning and occupant signature with date to be obtained in it.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, ISI Marked, 15mm bore, `medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including necassary cutting/chasing/pinning in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing whereever required, including taking down of old tubing as existing at site and removal, complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old serviceable steel water tubing of 15 mm bore, in new or old position, any grade, including S&F new fittings as required, fixed to walls and ceilings or laying in floors including necassary cutting/chasing/pinning in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing whereever required , including taking down of old tubing as existing at site and removal, complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing old serviceable steel water tubing of 20 mm bore, in new or old position, any grade, including S&F new fittings as required, fixed to walls and ceilings or laying in floors including necassary cutting/chasing/pinning in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing whereever required , including taking down of old tubing as existing at site and removal, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of water storage tank of 500 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, cylindrical, vertical with closed top and FDA approved, 100% UA stabilized, rust proof, ISI marked, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut, ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore complete including dismantling/ taking out of old water tank & removing from site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Tank shall be white and make of tank shall be engraved on the tank.

Supply and fixing of water storage tank of 1000 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, cylindrical, vertical with closed top and FDA approved, 100% UA stabilized, rust proof, ISI marked, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut, ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore complete including dismantling/ taking out of old water tank & removing from site complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old brick masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work (except bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 (old size brick) including demolition of old brick /stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable brick obtained from demolition shall be reused. The rate quoted against this item is inclusive of necessary cleaning and stacking of bricks before incorporation in the work.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class B bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete including demolition of old brick /stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable brick obtained from demolition shall be reused. The rate quoted against this item is inclusive of necessary cleaning and stacking of bricks before incorporation in the work.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in platform to PVC water tanks etc, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including removal the rubbish/ demolished material complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any thickness on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rough cast plaster with and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete surface as specified in clause 14.22 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. (ii) The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly loose/wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered. (iii) Contractor's quoted rate shall include all above provisions and no extra shall be admissible on this account.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with hand roller, over a coat of alkaline resistant primer over a coat of wall care putty not less than 1mm thick as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume, aluminuim zinc coating, GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, conforming to IS-15961, of red colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including taking down of old sheets of any descriptions as existing on site complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Supply and fixing for pre-painted galvalume, aluminuim zinc coating, GI based plain steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, of red colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including taking down of old sheets as existing on site complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Material and labour for filleting in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:4 for fair finish to exposed surfaces of brick work including all mitres, stops, etc. section of fillet not exceeding 25 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling grid 605x605 mm fixed with Hangers 4 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including Supply and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick as in ceilings fixed with screws as per manufactures instructions including taking down existing ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slab etc ant thickness including cover fillets of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for re-securing/ adjusting existing false ceiling grid any type and making required tightning to remove sag portion/ depression in false ceiling grid including replacement of missing sections/suspenders etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing missing / damaged perforated ceiling boards in existing grid as per existing size required on front face etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing missing / damaged metal ceiling boards in existing grid as per existing size etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of steel tube 50 mm bore, medium grade galvanized, ISI marked, fixed to walls as in additional support of ceiling , etc including cutting & chasing in wall and making good with PCC to old existing surface including taking down existing pipe any dia etc; complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with MS calmp including dismantling existing pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend any radius with access door including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section (unframed work), in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins / purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (web, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including gusset plate, bed plate, distance pieces, cleats etc fixed in position,conforming to Fe-410 (Gde 250) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe-410 (Gde 250) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 1,76,205.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 19 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
