Supply,installation,testing and commisioning of 350watts,LED flood light fitting of powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing,frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection,System efficacy>=135 Lum/watt ,with 10KV SPD.,with all accessories,on existing light pole,including Ladder/Scaffolding arrangements,supply and fixing Painted MS angle iron of 32x6mm or adequate size (if required) amd10mm or Above size SS Nut bolts,Washers for fixing the light etc.as required..(Crompton - CHALLANGER PRO - CFS-512-350-57-30D-HL2-GL-NSG / Compatible)

Supply and laying of 63 mm dia( OD-63mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all socket accessories like socket,bend,couplers etc.conforming to IS 14930 ,Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc.in ground(75cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc.,complete as required

Supplying and laying of 3 core 4 sqmm of PVC/XLPE armoured cable with Aluminium conductor 650/1100 V,Grade confirming to IS:7098 (Pt-1) 1988, in the existing trench/DWC, complete as required.

Supplying and fixing Double pole 5A to 32 A rating, 240/415V,10kA,"C" curve,miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB/junction box complete with connections ,testing and commisioning etc.as required

Supplying and drawing of FR PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed 3 core 2.5sqmm bright annealed bare copper conductor heavy duty industrial flexible cable for voltage gradients 1100 V conforming to IS 694:2010 in the existing pole with flexible pipe and other fiitings for cable entry to the pole including welding ,drilling,copper lugs and other requirements as per site conditon.

Wiring for lights with 3 core 2.5 sqmm round copper FR PVC insulated flexible wire,surface/recessed for jointing existing cable to new flood light with water tape,insulation tape etc.

Supplying and fixing of weather proof outdoor junction box for outdoor installation of size 205mm x 255mm x112mm with knockouts for cable entry including dinbar, suitable connectors for connecting Al cable to copper cable of suitable size, provision for fixing two number of double pole MCB, weather proof Grommets,glands,clamps,screws of required length fastners connections for surface/ recess fixing etc. as required.

Dismantling existing light fittings from the pole with/with out rad/clamp using ladder/scaffolding arrangements and handing over to EMU store safely as required.
