Renovation of Entrance lobby and Classrooms in Training Institute

Dismantling and removing doors, windows, ventilator including removal of shutters, hinges, holdfasts and all other fittings and stacking serviceable materials within CSL premises at a lead of 100m and disposing of the unserviceable materials at locations inside CSL as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall include the cost of all labour, hire charges of tools & plants, and all other incidental charges etc. complete.

Dismantling and removing the existing floor tiles set in cement mortar by manual/ mechanical means, including breaking down the dismantled materials into pieces not exceeding 15 cm in size, removing and disposing of all unserviceable materials and debris to the Shipyard Estate at Cheriya Kadavanthra, including levelling the area.The rate shall include all labour, hire for tools & plants, disposal, levelling, other incidentals etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling, clearing away masonry walls of any thickness, constructed of brick, laterite or rubble in cement mortar by manual/ mechanical means including breaking down the dismantled materials into pieces not exceeding 15 cm in size, removing and disposing of all unserviceable materials and debris to the Shipyard Estate at Cheriya Kadavanthra, including levelling the area. The rate shall include all labour, hire for tools & plants, disposal, levelling, other incidentals etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling existing AC/ Calcium silicate ceiling including suppports including disposing of all unserviceable materials in to the scrap yard/ dumping area inside CSL including all labour, other incidentals, hire for tools & plants etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm/230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor II level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer in-Charge. The rate shall include all materials, labour, hire for tools & plants, other incidentals etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm down graded broken granite metal in ground floor upto IInd floor including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, cement, formwork, mixing, laying, consolidating, curing,cost of dewatering etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plastering with C.M 1:4, 12mm thick for floated hard and trowelled smooth including cost and conveyance of all materials, cement, labour, curing etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing in position fully glazed aluminium super sliding window/ventilator with lock system, powder coated aluminium heavy section with sliding shutters using following sizes or nearest available size 63.5 x 31.75 x 1.60 mm for frames, 38.10 x19.5 x 1.60mm for shutter interlock, vertical and horizontal and plain glass 4mm thick including all fixtures like hinges, locking arrangements, handles, EPDM beadings etc including cost and conveyance of all materials labour, other incidentals etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position powder coated aluminium double leaf door with outer frames of size 63.5mm x 38.1mm x 2mm or nearest available size all round, vertical styles & top horizontal member of size 47mm x 44mm x 2mm, bottom horizontal member of size 95mm x 45mm x 2mm of superior quality powder coated aluminium sections panelled with 5mm thick plain glass fixed with EPDM beading between panel and aluminium frame on all faces and glass fixed at a height of 1m from the top. Bottom half with 8mm thick particle board of height 1.2m from bottom frame including cost and labour charges for all materials and fixing etc., complete. The door is to be provided with 1no. door lock,1 no tower bolt, 4 nos anodized aluminium handles 150mm or nearest size one on each face of door shutter, 2 nos of door closer of approved make.
