Schedule'A' Part-I: External Water Supply

Tansportation of unserviceable submersible pump 17.5 HP into repair workshop at Agartala. Dismantling all parts, seggregating serviceable and worn out parts, carry out repair work, re-assembling pump and motor, testing etc and re-transportation to E/M yard complete all as specified and directed NOTE: Major spare parts required for repair shall be paid as supply only under Sch 'A' item No. 1.01 to 1.05 here in after, where as any minor parts those are not included into Sch 'A' and required for smooth functioning of pump are deemed to be included into the quoted rates.

Disconnection and dismantling the defective DOL starter and supply and fixing new DOL starter of 10 HP/7.5 KW ,3 Ph ,415 Volts complete including all fixing arrangement and making electrical connections with motor and starter complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Model :Cat No. IHPDOLNB*G of or equivalent make of Siemens/L&T

Supply and connecting flat,6 Sqmm, 3 Core, PVC insulated & PVC sheated,1100 volt grade, multi stranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694/1990, suitable for submersible pump motors, complete all as specified and directed Make: Mescab/Havells/Finolex/Polycab/RR Kabel

Ditto all as per item No.13.00 here in before but 4 Sqmm all as per specified and directed .

supply and fixing of steel rope of size 8 mm dia with fully threaded nut, bolts & washers for holding/supporting of submersible pump & motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing column pipe made of galvanized iron pipe, medium grade, 100 mm bore, 3 metre long, both side galvanised 10 mm thick flange duly screwed and welded with GI column pipe and consisting one number ISI marked rubber packing, four numbers 15 mm dia 100 mm long nuts, bolts and washer complete in all respect and all as specified and directed

Taking out pump set of capacity 25 HP from site carry out the same to workshop including transportation, dismantling of cable connection and reinstallation of pump set after repair on the existing foundation and making electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the pump of capacity 25 HP and replacement of the following item all as specified and directed. Note: Taking out and refixing the pump set will be measured seperately under item 17 above.

(a) M&L for replacement of bushing of pump set incl turning, grinding etc complete

(b) M&L for replacement of shaft incl turning, grinding etc complete

(c) M&L for replacement of impeller incl turning, grinding etc complete

Taking out pump set of capacity 7.5 HP from site carry out the same to workshop including transportation, dismantling of cable connection and reinstallation of pump set after repair on the existing foundation and making electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the pump of capacity 7.5 HP and replacement of the following item all as specified and directed. Note: Taking out and refixing the pump set will be measured seperately under item 19 above.

(a) M&L for replacement of bushing of pump set incl turning, grinding etc complete

(b) M&L for replacement of shaft incl turning, grinding etc complete

(c) M&L for replacement of impeller incl turning, grinding etc complete

Taking out pump set of capacity 30 HP from site carry out the same to workshop including transportation, dismantling of cable connection and reinstallation of pump set after repair on the existing foundation and making electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the pump of capacity 30 HP and replacement of the following item all as specified and directed. Note: Taking out and refixing the pump set will be measured seperately under item 21 above.

(c) M&L for replacement of brass impeller incl turning, grinding etc complete

Taking out pump set of capacity 5 HP from site carry out the same to workshop including transportation, dismantling of cable connection and reinstallation of pump set after repair on the existing foundation and making electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the pump of capacity 5 HP and replacement of the following item all as specified and directed. Note: Taking out and refixing the pump set will be measured seperately under item 23 above.

Taking out 3 Phase 415 Volts 30 HP induction motor from site carry to workshop dismantling existing winding and rewinding of motor with insulated copper wire of existig gauge varnished, reassembling and refixing all as specified and directed.

Taking out 3 Phase 415 Volts 25 HP induction motor from site carry to workshop dismantling existing winding and rewinding of motor with insulated copper wire of existig gauge varnished, reassembling and refixing all as specified and directed.

Taking out 3 Phase 415 Volts 7.5 HP induction motor from site carry to workshop dismantling existing winding and rewinding of motor with insulated copper wire of existig gauge varnished, reassembling and refixing all as specified and directed.

Taking out 3 Phase 415 Volts 5 HP induction motor from site carry to workshop dismantling existing winding and rewinding of motor with insulated copper wire of existig gauge varnished, reassembling and refixing all as specified and directed.
