Maintenance and repair of Police Station building at Jagadalpur in the district of Baragada for the year 2026-27

Finishing surface of walls with one coat of cement based wall putty (water based ) ,cement primer & plastic emulsion paint of approved make & finished smooth & even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials , taxes , labour with T & P etc. complete as per E.I.C

Distempering two coats with approved shade incl. cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete.

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade including cost of paint.

Painting two coats of enamel paint to new wood work and iron work including cost of paint, sand papering polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing with M-20 grade for R.C.C. work using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering, curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials , cost of all labour with cost of all T&P required for the work etc. complete.

Providing, supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. iron posts, trusses and purlines of following size including all cost and labour etc; complete.

Providing, supplying and fixing of 0.40mm thick dura shine colour coated roof sheet in roof including fixing of ridges wind ties etc. Compelte including all cost, conveyance, labour and T&P required etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint to wood and iron works including all cost, conveyance, royality and all labour and T&P required for the work etc; complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.
