Material and labour for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick walls including demolition of existing work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 ( using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation of surface channels and drain including demolition of plain cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm in thickness ( below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc incl necessary form work incl demolition of plain cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, paving etc not exc 15 cm in thickness ( below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood,steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in concrete, masonry, brickwork etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old barbed wire fencing of any description, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs for galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2.00 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embedded in pre-cast RCC fencing post or angle iron posts, struts, etc. securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured separately.

Fixing only and restraining, resecuring incl making good staples etc, (Galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing) to any type of standard rails including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire to be measured. Old wire retrieved under item 06 will be used under this item.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only galvanized steel wire chain link fencing of any size, fixed to mild steel fencing posts with bolts etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Supply of galvanized steel wire chain link fencing and Supply and fix of mild steel round bars, mild steel flats, nuts, bolts & washers will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only 3.15 mm dia, galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 50 mm x 50 mm mesh, including binding wire / line wire etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix 10 mm dia mild steel round bars for stiffener to chain link fencing including necessary cutting bending etc. conforming to Grade-I, IS 432 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete including taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item)

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall or concrete surafces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of cement primer over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty, over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only approved ISI marked liquid water proofing compound.

Material and labour for preparation of new platered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint in camouflage pattern having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) in camouflage pattern including wall care putty work 1mm thick where required, in any shade or colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, washing, rubbing down and stopping of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm on wall including wall care putty work 1mm thick where required, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for prepration of old decorated wall surface by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for washing, rubbing down and stopping of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings, n exc 15 cm thick (un-reinforced) above or below ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair for Anodised aluminium snap grid of Size 600X600mm, frame work for false ceiling with HPSC 4 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards white colour designer type ready to fix, fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework as in Ceiling with including proper hanging arrangement after dismantling wall and celling board (fibre, pulp, insulation,glass etc) any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 300 x 300mm 10-12mm thick high density coloured Endura tiles laid in floor with neat cement slurry @3.00Kg/Sqm over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortor 1:4 and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles , complete all as specified and as directed by engr in charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, second class hard wood, plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue, pinned at joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, 35 mm thick, plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 30 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Materials and Labour for, boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in wire crate apron bunds (Wire crate measured separately), complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for boulder pitching work, laid and grouted in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning the new pastered or concrete surfaces and water proofing treatment of roof horizontal surfaces consisting as under:- (a) Applying 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 using liquid water rpoofing compound over RCC roof, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. (b) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm. (c) A layer of minimum 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting water tank, float valve with float arm and outlet pipe from PVC service water tank, emptying stored water through outlet, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and finally washing the internal surfaces with bleaching powder, closing wash outlet, refixing water tank, float valve and outlet in proper position, closing the top cover including minor repair if required and testing complete including writing "Cleaned on: (Date)" 50 mm height on outer face of tank with white paint (USING STENCIL) on water tank of capacity exc 500 litres but n exc 1000 litres, complete all as directed by Eng in charge.

Declogging and clearing of blockage of IWC/ EWC/ Urinal, floor trap/nahani trap/gully trap by removing chocked wastes/silt and mud etc., including removal of debris from site and washing down thoroughly for free flowing of waste upto 1st manhole and finally cleaning the washroom/toilet with clear water throughly or removal of debries/dirt etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of sewage line of any dia upto 200mm bore from Manhole to Manhole with mechanical device/manual by roding in compliance of section 5 and protective gear and saftey devices in compliance of section 4 of "The prohibition of employment as Manual Scavengers and their rehabilitation Act 2013" to clear the slude/blocking inside the sewage line and well flushing with water to drain the loose sludge etc inside the sewage line from manhole to manhole including removing and refixing the manhole cover, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dewatering, desilting and Cleaning of septic tank/ manholes from solid/ liquid, mud and removing sludge to a distance not exc 500 m from the outside periphery of defence land complete, including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pump arrangements, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rates quoted by contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of T/P required for execution of this item.
