Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing & Laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type Hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 % of mix & filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandam rollers to achieve the desired compacetion as per MORTH specification clause no. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification).40 mm thick

Applying a tack coat of rubberised hot bitumen of 80/100(VG-10) penetration @ 1.0Kg/Sqm on road Surface including mixing of 10% rubber by weight of bitimen sieved thourgh 6mm. Sieve, cleaning the road Surface fuel for heating the bitumen and all labour T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in Charge

sealing of crack on bitumen surface by spreading 6 mm size heated stone grit @ 0.10 cum/10 sqm over rubberised tack coat having temrature 160'C to 170'C including supply of grit, maintenance of partries and watering during the operation, road roller, fuel for heating grit, T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of work as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of Berger/ J.K/Birla or similar make 2 coats

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Supply of J.C.B. Complete at site on hire basic including cost of disel and driver etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
