1 Repairing, Servicing and Periodical maintenance of Vacuum Pump 10 HP (Anest Iwata Make-Model no BVLS100DEA) of 150 CFM capacity, installed at Chopra OGP of Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Jammu. The job involves opening of engine ends, supply and delivery pipeline, flanges and allied supports, joints of compressor unit. Dismantling of engine side of Vacuum Pump, opening of cylinder head, pistons, rings, removing of defective items. The job includes providing and fitting piston ring set- 1 no, suction and delivery valve set – 1 no., cylinder set – 1 no., gasket set of vacuum pump- 1 no., Pressure switch and belt (02 nos.) filling of new engine oil T-30-10 litreto the pump unit and re assembling of pump unit after required repairs and testing of the same for proper functioning. Job also includes providing/fitting of contactors 25 Amp 4 pole in place of burnt-out contactors of both vacuum pumps and all necessary wiring. The job includes providing fitting of relays for synchronization of both the vacuum pumps. Testing of both the pumps for proper functioning. The job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, transportation and all kinds of taxes thereof. 2 job Excess(+) Full Conversion INR

2 Providing and fitting of new exhaust fans by way of replacement of burnt-out/damaged exhaust fans in different area of GMCH, Jammu along with all other allied works. Job includes dismantling of old burnt/damaged fans, complete assembling of new fans at site and then fitting of these new exhaust fans in place of them. Job also includes repairing to the electrical circuits in different areas by providing and laying of copper wire of requisite size, replacement of the switches, where ever required as per site conditions and making all connections and all the fans operational. Job also includes p/f of new exhaust fans, p/f of new wiring, switches etc wherever required as per site requirement.The fans shall be of Almonard/Dayton/Usha/Havells/Bajaj/Crompton.Complete Job includes cost of material required, skilled labour, carriage and transportation of material to the site, any modifications required as per site conditions and all taxes etc. The areas where the fans are to be installed are: Emergency ward 2 - 15″(06 nos.)
