Repair of existing automatic / manual type APFC panel cleaning of dust inside the panel from electric blower cleaning of contractor relay ,junction point/ connection sevicing overhouling of cooling fan complete testing of APFC relay including necessary setting with CT load adjustment to match of 50 KVAR to 500 KVAR to set the power facter in range between 0 .96 to 0 .99 complete all as per specified and directed. NOTE -(a) Replacement of u /s item with are covered under respective item of schedule will be measured & paid separetely . (b) Replacement of minor item /spares shall deemed in to the quoted rate

Shifting after disconnecting/dismantling primary & secondary connection carefully of servo voltage stablizer out door/indoor type complete of capacity 50 KVA to 300 KVA from its foundation and safely shifting one place to another place where directed by Engr-in-charge and reconnection of cabling ,earthing ,install testing and commissoning of the servo voltage stablizer complete all as per specified and directed. Note:- Cost of Necessary tools and plants such as Vehicle, hydra/Crane etc should be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

M&L painting of servo stabilizer extrenally spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of grey colour after cleaning surface throughtly with thinner and scrapper and preparing the surface to required standard including writing and making such as MES No on the body of servo stabilizer of caapacity upto 75 KVa complete all as per specified and directed.

Complete servicing of working/non working existing servo voltage stabilizer automatic operation three phase of various makes & capacity exceeding 16 KVA but not exceeding 75 KVA at different locations by dismantling / opening the stabilizer for checking the parts/components, circuit for proper functioning, cleaning inside the stabilizer, replacement of defective minor items i,e. screws, lugs, cut out/fuses etc. Reassembling the stabilizer, testing on rated equipment load for automatic operation to stabilizer standard out put voltage, complete all as per specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of Necessary tools and plants such as Vehicle, hydra/Crane etc should be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Any spare part of stabilizer if found defective will be measured as supply and fix in repairs under respective item of this Sch.
