Supply and Installation of 7 Mtr Mini Mast With 5 Nos of 120W LED Flood Lights with 3 years warranty at various locations in Neyyattinkara LAC

Supply, conveyance, erection, testing and commissioning of 7 mtr mini mast pole of octogonal shape with its all required accessories. The mast shall be made from steel grade of BSEN 10025 and should be in one/two sections with top dia 70 mm, bottom dia 155 mm and thickness 3 mm and both the sections should be welded together or joined by telescopic slip joint giving a continuous tapered profile and presenting good visual apperance. The mast section should be fabricated for metal protection through hot dip galvanization and thickness of galvanization should not be less than 86 microns and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. The head frame assembly of the mast should have 5 nos. of single arm bracket of 1.50 mtr long suitable for accomodating 5 nos. of LED luminaires symmetrically. The size of base plate shall be 250x250x16 mm suitable for 4 nos. of 24 mm dia 750 mm long foundation bolts supplied along with suitable nuts, washers, templates etc as required. The complete design of the mast and associated foundation shall be such that the mini mast is structurally and mechanically safe. The safe soil bearing capacity (SBC) at the site should be considered while casting suitable foundation for the mast.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sq m on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (In all kinds of soil)

M-15 grade plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40 mm (nominal size) broken stone.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20 mm (nominal size) broken stone for reinforced concrete work.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto and above plinth level.

Formwork for reinforced cement concrete in slabs including wooden planks, joists, bamboo posts and labour for taking down after completion of work. (Hire and labour charges only)
