Providing and placing M30 grade cement concrete (RCC) for the construction of abutments, abutments caps, return walls, dirt walls, wing walls, bearing pedestals, reaction block etc. using 43/53 grade Ordinary Portland Cement, 20mm & down stone aggregate and approved quality sand as per the Drawings, Specifications enclosed with the tender document and MoRT&H Specifications for Bridge Works.

Providing and placing in Foundation position HYSD (FE 500 Grade) reinforcement bars in various structural elements of the bridge including cutting, straightening bending, fabricating, storing, binding with mild steel annealed binding wire of 18 SWG, fixing in position complete as per the drawing, specifications enclosed with the tender document and Morth Specifications for road and bridge Works.

ABUTMENT AND FILLING BEHIND:

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. RCC Grade m30 using concrete Mixer

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Providing weep holes in abutment walls, return walls, wing walls etc. with 100mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards draining face as per the Drawings, Specifications enclosed with the tender document and MoRT&H Specifications for Bridge Works.

Providing and laying of filter Media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutments, return walls etc, to the full height compacted to afrm condition complete as per the Drawings and Specifications.

SUPER STRUCTURE

Supply and fabrication of steel truss (structure) bridge as per detailed drawing. Supply of all structural steel confirming to IS 226-1969 required for proper completion of bridge completion of bridge including ground erection of the bridge are including one coat of approved quality anty corrosive red oxide paint confirming IS 5660 as per specification and drawing including all T&C etc. nuts & bolts, washers railing of MS flat ana also including supply and fixing of shop rivets refered as per drawing.

ERECTION OF TRUSS : Erecting and placing/fixing grade B structure steel (rolled section and built up section using steel plates & rolled section conforming to IS:2062 with yield strength of 250MPa i.e. Fe250) in steel truss (including top and bottom chord, vertical/diagonal members, stiffeners, gusset/cover plates etc.) plan bracing cross girders/diaphragms, shear connectors etc. supporting RCC deck slab as per the Drawings, Specifications enclosed with the tender document and MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works and IRC : 24 specifications.

Fitting and fixing in position true to line and level elastomeric bearing conforming to IRC: 83 (Part-II) section IX and clause 2005 of MoRTH specifications (Excluding Cost of Bearing) complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Supplying and fixing of 20mm dia PF make 8.8 grade HSFG High Strength priction Grip Bolt to IS .3757:1958 latest to grade 8.85 with High Strength Friction Grip nut to IS 6623:2004 latest to grade 10S and high strength Friction 2 No. washer including cost of all material, labour, fixing at site, all taxes, T&P etc required for Proper completion of the work.

Furnishing and placing Reinforced/Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification for solid slap super-structure RCC M30

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Painting on Concrete/Steel Surfaces with Epoxy Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701.

Supply and fixing of Drainage spout as per drawing and technical specification clause 1209 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc

Providing and installing strip seal expansion joint with a total allowable movement capacity of 70mm per the Drawings, Specifications enclosed with the tender document and MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works and IRC : SP: 69 guidelines & specifications for expension joints.

PCC M15 Grade levelling course below approach slab complete as per drawing

Reinforced cement concrete (M-30) approach slab including formwork but excluding reinforcement steel, complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing coat M30 grade including R/F complete as per drawing

Dewatering from foundation of abutments and wing walls (with pump capacity 4000 lit per Hr.) including wages of operator and fuel including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work.

PROTECTION WORK

Cement plum masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P, Roylty etc. required for 270.00 proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates for weir etc with 4 mm dia Gl wire conforming to IS;280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with 135.00 stone boulders weighting not less than 25 Kg each as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1301.

OTHER WORK (R/W, B/W Parapet & Design)

Construction of parapet as per standard drawing including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

White washing two coats on Parapet walls and tree trunk including prepration of surface by cleaning scarping etc. as per technical specification Clause 1916 of MORD Specificaion for Rular Roads 2014

Providing & fixing Title information board as per standard drawing duly painted and written as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in the starting and end of the road

Providing and Fixing of Title PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS plate of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of the lower most plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level.the top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides.Latering and printing arrows, borde etc will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour.All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and annexure 1700.1

Note:- This BOQ includes the scope of Load Testing of Bridge as per IRC norms after erection and commissioning of Bridge at site. No extra cost shall be paid to the Contrctor for this item. Load Test includes the scope as below: Doing load test on bridge span as per IRC (SP 51-1999) code provision, inclusive of mobilization of manpower,Equiments/founding Arrangements etc. testing charges, sand bag Filling, loading, shifiting, De mobilization Hiring of loading Trucks, hosting Arrangements complete in all respect. (bridge span 90 m 1.5 Lane) (Will be done by Contractor at his own Cost)

Protection of scuring of Abutment and wing wall with cement plum masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:7 cement concrete including supply of all materials,labour,T&P royality etc required for proper comlpetion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)
