Supply and fix Flush shutters, 40 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels with both face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix Boarding 1st class hard wood, 40 mm thick, planed one side clean sawn with butt joints and fixed with nails for flooring complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix 1st class hard wood, wrought in scantling framed and fixed in repairs to replace old and decayed timber etc (including piecing, scarfing etc. of old and new timbers if required) and removing defective portions to stores complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix Extruded brass handles fabricated type polished 150 mm size all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix Brass barrel tower bolts 300 mm long, with cast or sheet barrel and rolled or cast bolts all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix Brass sliding door bolt 100 mm long with die-cast brass hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing bolts with rolled or drawn brass bolt all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix Butt hinges 125 mm long, cast brass with mild steel hinge pine, bright polished and fixed, type C-21 fixed with brass/bronze hinge pin all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix Drappery curtain rods 25 mm powder coated including ornamental brackets and fixing hooks and rollers,side dooms as per sample complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix 250 mm anodised aluminium sliding door bolt with hasp and staple and fixing clip of sheet and fixing bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for fixing bothside pre laminated MDF board 18/19 mm thick exterior grade fixed with SS screws to timber/aluminium frame work in cup board complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix Prelaminated particle board 9 mm thick interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & otherside balancing white lamination complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for Acoustic wall panelling of wall sides using "Gypsum Ultra(GYPROC) 'C' stud size 48mm x 34mmx 36mm x 0.5mm GI framework @610mm c/c, fixed to vertical wall using wall screws as per manufacturers directions. The framework to be covered with "Sound synth" of 50mm thick and weight of 1000 gm/Sqm (having required NRC level of 0.85 & above) wrapped in chicken wire mesh support on the rear side abutting the wall surface . Fixing 12mm plywood(BWR)of width 100mm(as backing board) as per panel design /shape(hexagon shape in a square of 2" x 2") as directed by GE to the GI framework covered completely with 12mm foam as infill in the stretch fabric system cavity area and finished with polyster fabric(fire retardent)fixed to plywood using 8 or 10mm stapler pin (using electrical stapler machine) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. (For wall panelling above 7ft level) . Note:- The design and the shade of the fabric shall be approved by GE . The fabric to be used shall be of Mars & VIBRANT Range from M/S Response Fabrics or equivalent.

Supply and fix Aluminium powder coated frame, shutter for doors ,windows ,partitions,ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Aluminium deco grill with F or C channels including making arrangement for opening window(weight not less than3kg per Sqm)grill shall be fixed with suitable clip beading/clamps complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc, and similar work etc conforiming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel hold fasts for fixing chowkats complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Stainless steel grills/Railings as per design approved by GE fixed to walls/floors grade 316 including all pieces, drilling holes , welding , buffing , polishing etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing and fixing of false ceiling system manufactured by M/s Armstrong World Industries or equivalent, using hot dipped Galvanised Steel Section, rotary stiched main tee of size 15mm x 38mm web height, having 0.36 mm gauge at every 600 mm c/c maximum and rotary stiched cross tee of size 15mm x 38mm, having 0.33mm gauge at every 600mm c/c and wall angle of size 19x19mm, having 0.35mm gauge fixed to the periphery of the wall. The above grid is suspended at every1200mm c/c in both directions using 2.5 mm thick pre straightened GI wire laying FINE ASSURED MICROLOOK with SILHOUETTE GRID (BLACK Reveal) ceiling tiles manufactured by M/s Armstrong World Industries of size 600x600x16mm having NRC 0.6, light reflectance > 84% (WT), Thermal conductivity K=0.052- 0.057 W/MK,hUMIDITY RESISTANCE OF 99%, having fire performance Class 0/ Class 1(BS476), surface having three coats of white paint with Fine assured, back of the tile duly sanded and finished with a coat of protective paint over the formed grid complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix Acoustic Gypsum false ceiling and bulkhead as marked in the drawings, consisting of GI perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick(having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm)alongwith perimeter of ceiling. then suspending GI intermediate channels of size 45mm(0.9mm thick with 2 flanges of 15mm each)from the soffit at 1220mm c/c with ceiling angles of width 25mm x 10mm x 0.55mm thick. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in a direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm c/c fixing of "sound synth" of 50mm thick. 1000gsm installed and placed on the framework, fixing of 12.5mm tapered edge gypsum board is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm c/c. Screw fixing is done mechanically with drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finishing with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint with putty & required paint process to achieve the required approved finish & ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. Note: The above work shall be carried out at a height of 10m(approx)from FFL

Material and labour for Mild steel work for wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as driected drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar work conforiming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for Bird proof netting made out of polyolefin all weather proof Co-Polymer twine, 1mm thick of colour UV black and mesh size 20 mm x 20 mm (+/- 2mm), with anti slip knotting using CNC machine with DSLS technology, heat setting by steam set for treater dimensional stability and knot firmness, all fixed to work shop/machine shop building border ropes and fixed/tying with same repe of 2 mm thick (+/- 1mm) on the steel trusses, griders and on walls with suitable fixing arrangements as per practise in the trade at an interval of 6 to 10 feet and the mesh will be fixed tightly to prevent entry of even small birds and providing necessary scaffolding as required at site of work, complete as directed and specified as per manufacturers instuructions.

Material and labour for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coaing GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for Joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles of any colour and any shade 600x600x10mm thick in floors with approved pattern and colour borders set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Antiskid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm in floor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured of size 300 x 400/450 x 7 mm thick as in dado/skirting and riser to steps and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado/urinal partition laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and laying EPDM membarane minimum 3 mm thick water proofing sheets to floor and walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for chip and remove all damaged and de bonded concrete and plaster from the RCC slabs by manually or mechanically so as to expose the corroded reinforcement bars including the rent of tools ,labour charges for dumping the debris with in a lead of 100 meters complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for Plastering with Nitobond SBR (Styrene butadin polymer bonding agent cum cement mortar/concrete modifier Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) modified cement mortar (1:4) on wall to an average thickness of 40 mm , including the cost of all materials rent of tools and labour charges etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for Plastering in CM 1:6, 10 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 20 mm thick in two coats, 8 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound over 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. (Note- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and fix 4 mm thick , sheet glass , ordinary quality, on one side in each pane fixed to aluminium windows/ventilators in square not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:-Pipe are to be fixed away from the wall using suitable clamps and bolts

Supply and fix in repairs auditorium chairs of make" Godrej " "GLAMOUR MODEL of size 64cm width, 67.5cm depth and of 107cm height" with auto tip up mechanism PU arm rest with cup holder, Injection moulded seat and back cover with foam laminated stretchable fire retardant fabric upholstery in any colour, "Azure Blue" or "Ruby Red" installation all as per manufacturers instruction and as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Dismantlied chairs shall be the property of MES and shall be returned to BSO yard by the Contractor under his own arrangements.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION:Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed HFFR copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, HFFR copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall and replacement of modular metal flush box, modular white cover plate with frame, blanking plate etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed for one light / fan point controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amps all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.
