Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc

Material and labour for point wiring for One light point controlled by one switch one waycomplete with 1.5 sq mm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed 1100 Volt grade cable in and incl PVC FRLS new casing capping of suitable size (ISI Marked) with accessories including new pressed steel terminal boxes (sunk in wall ) with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover or PVC FRLS board including PVC FRLS top cover or Modular sunken box with modular plate and cover with 1.50 sq mm insulated unsheathed PVC FRLS multistranded covered copper conductor for common earth and connecting to earth dolly and making good disturbed surface of wall incl matching the colour of wall/ceiling with extisting wall/ceiling colour all as specified and directed . Notes;- (i) Make of Cable : FINOLEX/ C&S/ Grandly / Paragon/ polycab, (ii) Rigid PVC casing capping/conduit (ISI marked) shall be fire retardant, ISI H MS, IS-9537, Part-3, CML-794006 and shall be any of the make : supreme /Prince/ Diplast/Finolex.
