Cleaning blockage of sewer lines in any position by Roding from both sides between two adjacent manholes or from inspection chamber to manhole or from gully trap to inspection chamber or through inspection eye of any depth till clear flow of sewer/water is observed complete all as specified and as directed for the 100/150mm dia (internal) of sewer pipe linescomplete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as directed. (Note:- Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included of cleaning of scrubs, grass small roots etc, around the manholes, inspection chamber at adjacent to the pipe lines cleaning etc and along sewage lines wherever required or as directed and no extra payment shall be made on this account).

All as per Item No-01 here in above But for exc. 150 mm dia (internal) pipe line - ditto -

Cleaning the blockage of Floor/Nahani trap, Indian/European type water closet, gully trap by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by using cleaning rod and Toilet cleaner till achieved the clear flow of water and finally cleaning with flush water, making good joint with cement complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M & L for cleaning of manholes of any type/size and depth upto 1.50 Mtr by removing the cover slab,bailing out water, removing sludge, mud and other accumulated solids, semi solids and other materials from bottom of the manholes by manual/mechanical method and also cleaning the mouth of sewage line of any dia connected to manholes either by water pressure / rodding /flushing or any other suitable means at their own arrangements so as to remove the blockage and fully functional the MH to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.The sludge/solid content obtained from manholes/Septic Tanks should be deposited after digging earth pit at a separated place/area n.exc 50mt away and after deposition, the pit should be covered/ re-filled with earth/sand with 30cm Depth (Minm) and spreading Bleaching powder @ 0.50 KG per sqm sorounding upto 1.0 M radius from outer face of pit and repositioning the RCC/CI cover slab all as directed.

All as per Item No 04 above but for Manhole exc 1.5M but N.exc 3.0M in depth complete all as specified and as directed . Note for item Nos 4.00 & 5.00:- Measurements of solid sludges without sulage water shall only be recorded after percolation of sulage water. Quted rate are inclusive of Earthwork,spreading of bleaching powder and removing of sulage water. The complain of blockage shall be cleared/rectified to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge within the same day.The contractor or his representative alongwith 2 (two) sweepers will report at 9:00 hours to the sub div for complains and submit completion report at 17:00 hours every day to the Engr-in-Charge. In case of non attendance of any sweeper to the Sub Div, an amount of Rs 100.00 for each sweeper will be levied from contractor.

M & L for cleaning of septic tanks 100 users of any type/size and depth by removing the cover slab,bailing out foul water, removing sludge, night solids and other accumulated solids, semi solids and other materials from bottom of the septic tanks by manual/mechanical method and also cleaning the mouth of connected sewage line of any dia either by water pressure / rodding and other suitable means at their own arrangements so as to remove the blockage and fully functional the septic tanks to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.The sludge/solid content obtained from Septic Tanks should be deposited after digging earth pit at a separated place/area and after deposition, the pit should be covered/ re-filled with earth/sand upto 30 cm (minm) and spreading Bleaching powder @ 1.00 KG per sqm sorounding upto 1.0 M radius beyond outer face of pit and repositioning the RCC/CI cover slab of septic tank complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 06 above but for 50 users all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab of gully trap/septic tank/manhole etc incl necssary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Fe-500D TMT bars 8mm to 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonary work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding precast concrete articles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement morter 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separetely)

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of cement plaster on brick (or) concrete wall including racking out joints hakins for key sinebling down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation, fillng and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in drains, surface channels, etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cast in situ lintels upto 1.5 M span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings,benching to manholes, bed plates and the like weathering and slightly rounded or angles and throating as directed including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.(upto 4 storiedheight)

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC(SWR) bends .(upto 4 storied height)

S&F in repair salt glazed stone ware gully traps square of size 150mmx150mm including setting and jointing with cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation or for laying of sewage line etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 24 here-in-before but exc 1.50 and n.exc 3.00m in depth.

Cutting into existing bituminous road/PCC footpath and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 any length and size complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, incl. spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil as in pit or trenches all complete as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soils to a distance n.,exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point all complete as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and breaking up 100mm drain pipe (salt glazed stone ware or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar alongwith concrete bed of drain pipes as in damaged portion of sewage line and work in foul position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and breaking up 150 mm drain pipe (salt glazed stone ware or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar alongwith concrete bed of drain pipes as in damaged portion of sewage line and work in foul position complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No-30 here-in-before but 200mm dia

M&L for 100mm thick concrete bed to drain pipe (100mm bore) with PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate including packing under and haunching aginnst the sides of pipe after they are laid jointed and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No-32 here-in-before but bore of drain pipe 150mm

M&L for 150mm thick concrete bed to 200mm bore drain pipe with PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate including packing under and haunching aginnst the sides of pipe after they are laid jointed and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe grade-A, conform to IS-651-1980, 100mm dia laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe grade-A, conform to IS-651-1980, 150mm dia laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe grade-A, conform to IS-651-1980, 200mm dia laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 50 mm the channels and benching shall be done in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 rendered smooth with extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
