Application of Polymer based CM Plastering on primed surface:Providing and applying 18 mm thick polymer modified 1:4CM Plaster using Nitobond SBRof Fosroc Chemicals?(India)Pvt.Limited mixed in the ratio of 1:5(SBR:Water).The plastering is to be carried out in two layers of 12 mm and 6 mm respectively.Necessaray key to be provided on masonary surface prior to plastering . Crack Filling:All the cracks to be sealed shall be saw cut or Chiselled to form a Vgrooveof required dimension but not exceeding 30 mm width. The grooves shall be cleaned to remove all the loose particles ,dust, etc and shall be sprinkled clean water before applying the sealling mortar Renderoc CS Single part ,non shrink cementitious ,crack sealer for the plaster,masonry and concrete of fosroc chemicals (I) Pvt Ltd lt shall be mixed with the proportion of 1 part of water top 2.5 -3 parts of Renderoc CS ,by volume.Through mixing should be carried out till a smooth homogenous mixture is obtained. All the filled grooves are to be cured for a period of three days.
