The winding shall be with copper and the vector group shall be DYN11. OFF circuit tap links with tapings on HV side from 5% to -5 % in steps of 2.5 % shall be provided. Class F level of<br>insulation shall be maintained and the core shall be made from M4 grade CRGO. The reference ambient temperature shall be 50?C and the transformer shall withstand a temperature rise of windings above ambient by 90?C. The transformer should withstand the impulse voltage and power frequency voltage as<br>stipulated in the relevant IS specifications. The type of installation is indoor and the transformer shall be naturally air cooled. The loss of the transformer shall be strictly as per ECBC norms.(Accepted make of transformers - KEL/ Intrans/ Unipower/ Uni Tech /Resitech.Supplying and making outdoor / indoor end termination with push-on end termination kit (earthed) for 11 KV grade XLPE cable of the following sizes including supply of end sealing kit consisting of stress-cum- semi conducting pad, cap, rain shield, self bonding insulating case, leakage current collector, protective<br>corrugated hose pipe, boot, earth continuity connection (with 3 core kit only), earthing lug (with 1 core kit),adhesive-cum-solvent, PVC (NA) tape, silicon grease, aluminium crimping lug, aluminium oxide cloth,nylon string, copper binding wire, hose clamp and bi-metallic washer etc. as required.<br>MSB, Starter Panel ,SSB ,APFC PANEL,EMERGENCY PUSH BUTTON STATIONS, Supply, laying & clamping of Aluminium power cable as per the requirement etc complete including ROUTE - MARKER,END TERMINATION OF CABLES,CABLE SOCKETS all sizes, EARTH CLAMPS,SUPPLY & DRAWING EARTH CONDUCTORS etc complete and all works necessary for the satisfactory completion of work as per the direction of departmental officers. The works included trial run, commissioning and maintenance for one year. Preparation of necessary drawings for getting all necessary approvals is also in this scope of work as per the requirement with standard technical specifications of KSEB, and Electrical Inspectorate Standards observing IS specifications and IE rules.
