M&L for post construction Anti Termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for post construction Anti Termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) at the rate of 0.50 litres per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same to match with the existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajja, roof projection etc in any description for height upto 9 metres from average ground level including necessary formwork for fair finished surfaces of concrete and scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. S&F Second class hard wood kiln seasoned, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood plain framed panelled door shutter (any number of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle boards with commercial veneering on both face the size of rail and style as per IS - 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated and fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton door shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm thick Flush shutter with solid core construction with block board core and ply wood face panels commercial type on both sides including exposed surfaces finished with external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.90mm thick decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window / Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/sqmm, modules of elasticity 900 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 Kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/sqmm, modulus of elasticity 850 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer -In- Charge. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F 0.71mm thick plain aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) as fixed in crumple joint and like including taking down existing sheeting complete as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for average 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course of floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for double charged vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (shade & pattern as approved by GE), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for double charged vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (shade & pattern as approved by GE), on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4, size of tiles as directed by GE to match the size of vitrified tiles provided in floor under respective item in this Schedule, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 600mm x 300mm or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for Rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work of walls with WPC mixed @ minimum 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (d) Provide oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and provide minimum 3mm thick plain APP based modified polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt fabric weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm with over laps 100 mm longitudinal direction (side laps) and 150 mm on the transverse direction (end laps) by thermo-fused torch flame application method as per detailed procedure as directed. (e) Provision of 50mm dia, 60cm long GI spout pipe. Notes : (i) The work shall be carried out only through specialised agency approved by GE. (ii) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps. (iii) Equivalent product of Fosroc / Dr. Fixit / Pidilite / Sika shall be allowed as per approval of GE.

M&L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 6 ltrs SBR latex per bag of cement {Compressive strength after 28 days ≥ 40 N/sqmm (According to ASTM C109)} in small patch work over column/ beams/ ceilings / walls surfaces 20 to 30mm thick in two layers over a coat of bonding agent like Nitobond SBR (1 ltr SBR + 3 Kg cement) applied as per manufacturer’s instructions for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- SBR latex chemical shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’.

Cutting/ Chipping/ Dismantling of spall / loose damaged concrete from soffits of RCC slab / other RCC structural members in a controlled manner carefully by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete upto good parent concrete to expose the existing reinforcement (direct hammering should be avoided) average thickness of 40-60 mm including cleaning the exposed surfaces by water jet pressure pump at 4 to 5 kg/ Sqcm pressure to remove chlorides and loose particles, air drying the surface etc for further treatment with & including all necessary tools, safety measures like helmet, safety belt, adequate labour insurance, scaffolding, etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level under the supervision of qualified supervisor (the damaged ceiling/ concrete shall only be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Weight of TMT bars shall only be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for non shrink cementitious micro concrete (‘SikaRep Microcrete-4’ of Sika / ‘Renderoc RG’ of Fosroc or equivalent of Dr. Fixit) meeting ASTM C1107 standard in average thickness 70mm and having minimum compressive strength 50 N/sqmm after 28 days as per ASTM C109, for repair to column, beam, slab, etc, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions cost inclusive of scaffolding, shuttering, formwork, curing etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as directed.
