Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : NOTE: All fitting works shall be carried out as per I.S specifications including necessary rivets, screws, lugs, scaffolding, etc., complete all generally as per drawings. The sizes of the components should confirm as per details in drawings. The cost also included for sliding arrrangements including locking arrangements of sliding window. For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing of frame work (Styles and rails) for Doors shuters / window shutters with required sections including providing all items and hinged / pivoted arrangements for operation of shutters and cost for fixing of sliding arrangements etc., complete. (Aluminium beadings and glazing clips measured under this item only). For the detail specifican, you will cansider the spefication of item number 8.

Providing and fixing hinges of Stainless steel of size 100mm*58mm*1.9mm including bolt, SS screw and other necessary connections and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing Heat strengthened, (Toughened) hard coated glass of temperable 5 mm thick heat reflective glass of approved colour including providing and fixing EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket of approved quality and fixing with Aluminium glazing clips / Aluminium beadings (Supply cost of Aluminium clips / Aluminium beadings are measured in separate items mentioned above for DOORS / WINDOWS / PARTITIONS etc., ), scaffolding for any heights, leads and lift. (Measurement will be taken for length and breadth of the fixed glass)

Providing and filling silicon sealant at the joint of aluminum and plaster of size 5 mm x 5 mm in triangle shape to make the surface water leakage proof at periphery of window and others from inside and outside both etc., as directed by EIC. NOTE: Including scaffolding, curing etc.

P/F 50 MM PUF insulated Panel with flat Ribbed sheet at top and bottom side 0.45 mm TCT color Coated GI Sheet with PUF as Insulation Sandwich Panel in between including closing of all the ends of PUF using appropriate GI sheet of required size and shape, the panel should be manufactured by pressure injection of CFC free Polyurethane foam at 38 + 2 Kg/m3 density, in between the outer and inner steel sheet surfaces and should be supplied in single length up to 12.00 meter or as desired by Engineer in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self-drilling/self-tapping screws of size (5.5 x required length) with EPDM seal, silicon sealant at joints complete up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trussed and including cutting to size and shape wherever required including all materials labour, scaffolding, wastage, tools, tackles, equipment, transportation all complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. All overlaps shall be sealed with silicon sealants. Roof should be water tight. The PPGI Sheets shall be of minimum 240 MPA Steel grade & shall have a Zinc Coating of minimum 120 GSM as per IS 277/1992, 5-7 Microns of epoxy primer on both sides of the Sheet & Polyester top Coat of 18-20 microns on one side/outer side. The PPGI Sheets/PUF Panels shall have a protective guard film of minimum 20-25 microns to avoid scratches to finished panel during transportation.

Providing and fixing of full threaded Anchor fastner rod- M10 x 115 (Material-Carbon steel of grade C 4.8 or above and Zinc plated ) with Epoxy resin anchor grout chemical (for RCC-High loading capacity, Non corrosive for rebar element, Approved by European technical assessment, Fire resistance) and for Brick Masonary- (Fire resistance and high corrosion resistance) - HIT-RE-500 Epoxy chemical or equivalent including drilling in R.C.C. etc., for all height and levels etc., The installation and the setting instructions of anchor fastner and chemical should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Complete all as instructed and directed by Engineer-in-charge. The Payment shall be made on the actual quantity of bolts fixed at the site.

Structural steel work for base plates, gussets plates, stiffeners, connecting plates etc including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Removing of existing aluminium/ Gypsum/Compact sheet/glass partitions, doors, windows & stacking up to 1 kilometreas as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient ) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece.

Providing and fixing compact sheet of 5 mm thickness and approved shade of Make “Sundek, Greenlam, bloom, Bakelite, century or equivalent” including providing and fixing EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket of approved quality and fixing with Aluminium glazing clips / Aluminium beadings (Supply cost of Aluminium clips / Aluminium beadings are measured in separate items mentioned above for DOORS / WINDOWS / PARTITIONS etc.,) complete all as per approved drawing, colour, design & direction by Engineer-in-charge. The finished size of the panel shall be measured and paid. The cut edges of the compact sheet shall be provided with masking tape.

Kota stone slab (polished or rough) flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick

Kota stone for stair treads with 3 line anti skid grooves and nosing at all floors & levels using minimum 25 mm thick machine cut machine polished or rough kotah stone slabs laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs including curing hand polishing.

Mirror polishing on existing kota stone floor works where ever required to give high gloss finish including grouting of joints using cement and matching pigment complete.

Mason (Skilled) for Repair and Maintenance work related to mason of Hostel/Guest house at IPR Campus including minor repairs, plastering, crack repairing, masonry repairing, tiles grouting, floor repair, concrete repair, water proof repair, chambers repairs, All other mason works as directed by IPR Engineer In Charge. Work to be done from 9AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to friday. In case of emergency, Tools and tackles i.e.. tape, trowel, gutka, musterd, drop forged, etc. For Mason work should always be available with Mason.

Helper to Mason (Semi-Skilled) to assist Mason. Work to be done from 9AM to 5:30 PM .

Providing and Filling of the 40 mm size best quality black trap stone aggregate obtained from an approved quarry and filled in over areas of switch yard / Electrical sub station with all leads and lift as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fxing precoated galvalume sheets of minimum 550 MPa yield profle sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm. The sheets shall be coated with AZ 150 class (Aluminum zinc coating of 150 grams per sq. meter.) with coated alloy of 55% Aluminum, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon and of approved color with top surface coated with 20-25 microns of coating (including 5 micron epoxy primer) and bottom service coat with 10-15 microns. Sheet material & painting shall confirm to ASTM standards ASTM A 792 & ASTM A 755. Sheet should have protective guard flm of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during profile bending / transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fxed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Contractor to visit the site to understand the work. The rate includes profile bending, transportation, lifting of sheet to any lead and lift using safe practice up to shed, fixing etc complete)

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New /old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm, including scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Rates includes scaffolding, surface preparation, crack opening and filling with approved filler material (filling cracks - SBR polymer with cement as per manufacturers specification). The paint coefficient will be 1.00 irrespective of applying on plain / sand face plaster / brick surface. No extra measurement will be paid for painting on rough or sand face plaster or brick surface with groove. Complete all as directed by EIC

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick/RCC surface wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement / plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more. Notes :1 ) Voids @ 20% for solids and 50% for rock shall be dedcuted from fully loaded truck measurement to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case of direct measurement is not possible. 2) The cost is inclusive of necessary permisiion from statutory authorities for dumping the debris/excess earth outside department premises.
