Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan in any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan in any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks (except bricks) using old servicable bricks including cleaning of old bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling or chajjas or concrete surfaces in patches not exceeding 3 sqm and finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rough cast plastering over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and while it is still in plastic state, the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (of size between 6 to 12 mm ) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rough cast plaster shall be applied all as specified in clause 14.22 of SSR Part-I 2009 .

Preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces on walls ,chajjas , roof projection , cornices etc. and applying two coats of cement based paint (white or tinted) over a coat of alkali resistant primer , complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of 20mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT withepoxy coated aluminium rod and high dencty plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 15 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves,with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter, area exceeding 1.50 Square metre and not exceeding 4.00 Square metre (without taking off shutters from frame) and removing from site, including cutting holes in wall/concrete for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed.

The size of rail and style as per IS:1003 (part-1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated and making good to distrubed portion with match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc. (with out sash bars) ,edges or framing plain chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc and making good distrubed portion with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelaminated PVC sheet, reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made solid PVC moulded door shutters with partical board core 28 to 30 mm thick styles) with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick coloured prelaminated moulded PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing for framed work as in door of angle or other section with gusset plate , rails , braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Door etc, to be prepared hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting and hanging also fastening and fixing including one shop coat of zink chromate primer paint confirming to Fe-410W Gde-250 A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of steel window box type, using ERW hollow 'P' section, factory made, comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed skeleton shutter, 30mm thick, jointed internally with flat iron 25x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc. all as shown on drawing No. TD-219 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 of HQ CE Chandigarh Zone as applicable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frame shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery and grill 10 mm square bar irrespective of whatever shown on drawings. The pattern of grill shall be all as shown on drawing (iii) Glazing, wire mesh and painting shall be measured and paid for separately. (iv) The drawings may be referred from GE office or from this office during working hours.

Resecuring or easing & adjusting wooden shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and not exc 2 sq. m each, with taking down and refixing shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Non Skid coloured joint free ceramic tiles premium quility 7 to 8 mm thick,(Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles premium quality light shade joint free 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.36 Sqm but not exc 1 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over and including 15mm screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles premium quality light shade joint free 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) cut from area of each tiles exc 0.36 Sqm but not exc 1 sqm in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over and including 10mm plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debries to distance exc 250 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non skid ceramic designer Endura tiles of size 300 x 300 mm x10 mm thick, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) including demolition of existing flooring of any type and removal of debries from site to distance n exc 250mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub bases complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick, as in flooring (area of each slab not less than 55cmx55cm), laid over over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick on vertical surfaces skirting, dado and pillar over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick,Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including necessary cutting over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of graniteto match the shade over and including on 15mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down PVC (SWR) pipe any dia including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead (if any) as per site complete all as specified and as directed,

Supply and fixing 110mm dia PVC soil, waste, drain pipe, type ‘B’, conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length, with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement, fixed to walls with clamps complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in replacement 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n'exc 1.5 m width and n'exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc n'exc 10 sqm on plan and n'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil , for sewage line complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes, after they are laid and tested for 100 mm dia (internal) PVC (SWR) pipes complete all as specified and directed (Pipes shall be measured & paid separately).

Supply and fixing in replacement, 110mm dia PVC soil, waste, drain pipe, type ‘B’, conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length, with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall conform to IS 5382-1985.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each,excavated soil in trenches complete as in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil/ excavated material to a distance exceeding 250 m but n exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt,etc from PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe of exc 250litre and not exceeding 1000 litre capacity & writing on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 70mm long and 2 cm wide of words in shape like cleaned on : 15.06.2018 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- Unit rate shall be included to make Small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union etc .

Supply and fixing in repair aluminium (Diecast) body hydraulically door closer regulated,designation No.3, universal type,suitable for door shutters of 851 mm to 1000 mm in width and weight between 61 to 80 Kg complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover governing pivot made of brass , other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed.

Material and labour for repairing of all type aluminium window/door shutter with frame and refixing it after resecuring its frame work by means of tightening with new screw or by new frame ,cleats and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5mm PVC hollow sheet (the thicknees of inner wall 0.7 to 1.00mm) panelling inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site with U clip or PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling marble /stone slabs any descripton in roofs, suspended floors, chajjas, landings, etc., any thickness, jointed in any mortarc ompletd all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Marble Baroda green 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polishing) as in skirting/dado/ window cills/ jambs, vertical surface jointed with grey cement slurry, jointed with cement over and including screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:4, and making nosing at right angle corner complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repairs aluminium frame and shutter for doors, sliding windows & ventilators (moveable louvers type) with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing ctc rubber gasketing all round the panels/shutter to fix glass, PVC gasketing in all channels, locking arrangement, complete all as specified. Note: (a) Glass/ mesh/XPM to be measured and paid under respective item of work. (b) The rates shall be inclusive of locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel alround contacting surface of aluminium frame work and wall. (c) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, screws, etc as required which shall not be measured for arriving the weight.

Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium section (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors,windows & partition including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed. Cutting grass / shrubs / bushes etc. above ground level manually or by machanical and removing it to out side the defence land and clearing the entire area complete all as specified and directed.
