M & L Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm and gettingout in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate),in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation, beams, plinth beams bases for column etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A1 (20mm graded stone aggt) (nominal mix) as in columns, pillars piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for RCC (nominal mix ) 1:1.5:3 type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in beams, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for form work to sides of concrete, foundation, footings & plinth beams and similar works with rough finished surfaces of concrete in flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beams with fair finished surfaces of concrete in flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillar , posts, struts, piers, colums and stanchions with fair finished surfaces of concrete in flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F TMT steel deformed or twisted bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with & including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips , Gde of steel shall be Fe-500/ Fe-500d/ Fe-550/ Fe-550d complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F TMTsteel deformed or twisted bars, 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with & including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips , Gde of steel shall be Fe-500/ Fe-500d/ Fe-550/ Fe-550d complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 pre cast solid cement concrete block masonry with solid block exc 10 CM in width and setting in cement moetar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layers on concrete surfaces , 1st coat 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 including WPC for second coat finished even and fair on walls complete all as specified and as directed (NOTE : Supply only WPC will be measured and paid for separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for moorum / red bajri filling brought from out side MD land, in floors or paving, laid in layers n exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L hard core broken stone or boulders of 63mm gauge, deposited spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and well rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub- base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 40 mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor topping, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including finished surface with brooming etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 , type C-2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F mild steel rolled sections such as in main and cross beams, hip and Jack rafters, purlins, where connected to common rafters and running rails etc fixed with angle cleats or flat iron clamps or other connecting arrangements complete (Grade Fe 410-0 or Fe 310.0) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin high rib / multi rib TMP Profile Galvalume sheeting in roof having 1000-1020 mm width 28 mm high crest @ maximum 250 mm pitch (centre to centre) and minimum 190mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded aggregate asin path, hard standing, parking, floors and paving etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (coloured) any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 grade etc complete (with grey cement and pigment) over 50 mm thick sand coushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L granite or trap Stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm deep as in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
