Replacement /reuse of following broken unserviceable parts of charpoy GI Pipe with ply top including tightening of loose components shape and size as per drawing and as directed by Engr in Charge Drg No FD-220.

12 mm thick commercial ply wood of size 2100x900mm grade BWR type BB(No of ply 7) including half round 1st class teak wood beading on all around the plytop complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old broken long rail from the frame of charpoy GI Pipe and Supply and fixing of new long rail of charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia medium grade all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Labour only for dismantiling of short rails and replacement of old broken short rails converted from long rails retrieved from charpoy GI Pipe including cutting and threading complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: Retrieved long rails shall be reused for making short rails obatained from dismantiling

Labour only for dismantiling of legs of charpoy GI pipe and replacement of old broken legs converted from old short rail retrieved from charpoy GI Pipe including cutting and threading complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: Retrieved short rails shall be reused for making legs obatained from dismantiling

Removing of old broken/ unserviceable three way elbow 32 mm dia med grade of charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing of new 3way GI elbow 32 mm dia all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old broken/ unserviceable check nut and supply and fixing of new check nut suitable to GI Pipe 32 mm dia med grade thickness 6mm as shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S &F in repair 2 No new flat iron 900mm x 50mm x 05mm in each charpoy GI pipe with nut, bolt and washer in equal distance for supporting of plywood and preparation of new surfaces of steel over 10cm width and girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint hammer tone over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanteling of broken / unserviceable glass and rubber beading and replacement with new glass and rubber beading of size 760x250x3mm thick of Almirah large steel glazed made to shape and size as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge / (Drg No FD 104(M)

Repair /replacement of old broken top with new top of the table steel 3' x 1.5' examination made of MDF board 18/19 mm thick covered with 1mm thick black sunmica including beading 4 mm thick first class hard wood (teak) all round and welding to back/ broken joints as required including painting with two coat of OG synthetic paint hammer tone complete table and S &F hard rubber shoes in the legs of table shape and size as per drg and all directed by Engr-in-Charge/Drg No (GE/PN/F-4)

Replacement of old torn unserviceable coir foam mattress cover glazed cotton cloth cover of not less than Rs 300/- per meter, size 1905x914x102mm including long side TKK chain fixed properly on the mattress as specified and as approved by GE shape and size as per TP and directed by Engr in Charge

Replacement of old unserviceable pillow cover of size 600x400mm with cover glazed cotton of best quality white cotton cloth cover of not less than Rs.250 per meter shape and size as pe TP and directed by Engr in Charge.

Polishing with french polish to undermentioned items of furniture article with high gloss finishing after rubbing old polish. The surface to be rubbed down to smoothness with sand paper and after dusting the parts in wood shall be filled with filler solution for smoothness and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
