Face Lifting Repair Renovation of staff quarters of Block A including development of area around the quarters at Rajouri

ROOMS, KITCHENS, WARRANDAHS AND WASHROOMS A) Demolishing of cement concrete of floor of whole quarter (bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, warrandah) manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead.

B) Providing and laying of glazed finished vitrified floor tiles with skirting of suitable size in the whole quarter (including bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, warrandah) having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard multi models etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete job. .

REPAIRS TO DOORS AND WINDOWS (ROOM, KITCHEN AND WASHROOM) Replacement of the old rusted door frames – 04nos by way of removing of the old rusted frames and fitting of the new door and window frames of whole quarter (bedrooms, kitchens and washrooms). This job also includes the repair/replacement of defective fittings such as locking bolts- 04 nos, handles- 12 nos, hinges- 10 nos and allied items and providing and fitting of Aluminium sheet of size on doors of washrooms. Complete job.

KITCHEN: Dismantling of old shelves – 02 nos. sizes 7’x4’5”x10” and 8’x7’10”x2’ and sink – 01 no. (2’ x 2’). Construction of new RCC shelves – 02 nos. of same sizes at the raised level along with plaster and tiles work, providing and fitting of new sink – 01 no at raised level and allied works. Complete job.

ALMIRAH: Providing and fitting of powder coated sheet metal almirah of sheet thickness 16 gauge to the already constructed concrete structure having size 6’8” X 7’4” (03 doors) and lower cabinet with two doors. This job also includes the construction of RCC shelves – 02 nos and partition of RCC of size 4’2” x 3’3”, powder coated paint, locks- 04 nos, handles- 05 nos and allied items and transportation and labor charges. Complete Job.

BATHROOM: A) Removal of old closet and fixing with white vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) – 01 no with 10 litre cistern – 01 no and all fittings & fixtures, seat cover- 01 no, angle wall- 02 nos and allied items. Complete job.

B) Removal of old wash basin. Providing and fixing of white vitreous china wash basin- 01 no of size 630mm x 450mm with C.I. brackets, single 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps- 01 no, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and bracket and fittings, along with Rectangular wall mirror of superior glass – 01 no and Towel rail- 01 no C.P. brass together with a pair of C.P. brass brackets to fit the size of towel rail. ELECTRICAL WORKS: Repair of the internal electrical wiring of the quarter and repair/replacement of the defective wiring, 1sqmm – 50 mtr, 1.5sqmm- 25mtr, 2.5sqmm- 20mtr. It includes repair/replacement of defective switches – 10 nos, socket boards- 05 nos, fan – 01 no, LED lights- 05 nos and allied works. This job also includes the material cost and labor cost. DISTEMPERING OF FOUR QUARTERS: Removal of the old layer of the 1st quality acrylic distemper on interior walls of 04 nos. quarters and corridor by rubbing, preparation of the surface by applying putty and then distempering with the first class distemper (double coat). This job also includes labor cost. Complete job.

PLUMBING JOB: Removal of old damaged water pipes 1/2” – 6mtr, ¾” – 6 mtr. with clamps – 10 nos, joints – 05 nos. Repairing/Replacement of damaged pipes of same size and fittings i.e., tap – 03 nos., wall angle – 04 nos. etc. It includes the replacement of water tank-1000 liters, drainage pipes in the bathroom (4”) and kitchen (4”) and allied works. Complete job.

PARAPET WALL Demolishing of broken parapet wall of Block A and disposal of the material within 50 meters lead, construction of new parapet wall 58’Lx 2’3”Hx 4.5’’ Thick made of brick work with cement and sand mortar, then plastering the wall on both sides. This job also includes Filling of joints between parapet wall over roof slab and roof. Complete job.

AREA AROUND THE QUARTERS: A) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water. Carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity to achieve the desired density. Complete job.

B) Providing and fitting of the PCC drain measuring length = 44 mtr., 1’6”Depth x 1’ Wide to drain out the rain water and to avoid water logging from the ground to the main drain of the division.

B) Supply and installation of the 3 – seater bench – 03 nos. on the leveled ground. This job also includes the labor cost. Complete job.

B) Providing and fitting of the Globe lights(18 W, water resistant) – 04 nos with painted MS pole of 8’ height. This job also includes the creation of electric circuit by way of wiring (01.00 sqmm) – 180 mtr. along with switch board- 01 no. Complete Job.
