Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of 250 KVA servo motor operated automatic voltage stabilizer, oil-cooled type, suitable for operation on 3-phase, 4-wire system with unbalanced supply and unbalanced load, conforming to IS:9815-1994 (Reaffirmed 2009), complete in all respects. The stabilizer shall have an input voltage range of 340–480 V AC three phase and a regulated output of 415 V AC three phase with output voltage stability of ±1%, efficiency more than 95%, nil waveform distortion, and frequency of 50 Hz. Cooling shall be oil-cooled using insulating oil conforming to IS:335 and the stabilizer shall be suitable for continuous duty, indoor installation, and operation at ambient temperature up to 45°C. The unit shall have Class ‘A’ insulation, be suitable for all power factor loads, and shall be provided with three servo motors, three digital control cards, three auto variable transformers conforming to IS:5142, and three buck-boost transformers conforming to IS:2026, all on one-to-one phase basis. Control shall be IC-based electronic type with auto/manual mode of operation and insulation resistance of more than 6 mega-ohms. The stabilizer shall be complete with mains ON indication for each phase, digital voltmeters for input and output voltage of each phase, auto/manual operation facility, input low and high voltage indication, push-button switches for output voltage increase/decrease in manual mode, input and output terminals, lifting lugs, drain valve, oil level gauge, earthing terminals, rating plate, junction box, and wheels for uni-directional movement. Protections shall include automatic low and high output voltage cut-off and automatic overload and short-circuit protection through suitably rated MCCB. A four-pole ON-load by-pass switch of suitable rating with all interconnections shall be provided to isolate the AVR and by-pass the mains supply. Approved makes: IECO / AARKEY / HI-SHINE.
