It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender Value The available tender capacity will be calculated as underAssessed available tender capacity AxNx2.5-B

Within 5 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit for an amount equivalent to 5 % of the Contract price. (For reserved works, FSD shall be deducted in RA bill sand in case of Final Bill it shall be deducted in final bill as per GO).

The bidder should produce the original documents in support of the uploaded documents at the time of technical bid evaluation. If the bidder does not produce the original documents and original (DD/FDR) his tender will be rejected and the name of the bidder who does not produce the original documents shall be barred from participation in any of the tenders to be invited by KBJNL & his EMD will be forfeited.
