Repairs to 05 cusec horizontal split casing pump at lift irrigation scheme Darpora Dismantling of pump at site and carrying to the workshop for necessary repairs and then shifting back to site. The job involves fitting and testing of pumping equipment on full load at site.

Manufacturing, providing, fitting of SS Collar type sleeve fabricated out of hollow cylinder as per requirement. The job includes boring, turning, facing, finishing, balancing operations on lathe using skilled operator.

Rebuilding of shaft, bearing seats by way of welding, turning, finishing on lathe machine.

Providing, fitting of bearing no. 6308 of reputed make. The job shall also include adequate greasing to the bearings.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of MS check nut as per requirement. The job also includes threading of the shaft on lathe machine to accommodate newly manufactured check nuts.

Providing and fitting of cooling nipples (02 no.), cooling rubber pipe and clamps etc as per requirement.

Providing, fitting of gland packing of 12mm2, gasket as per requirement.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS cotter key as per sample.

Dismantling of foot valve at site, loading in load carrier to workshop, back carriage to and re-fiiting at site. The job involves repairs to the 250 mm dia foot valve by way of cutting the old damaged/rusted strainer and providing and fitting of new strainer fabricated out of 04mm2 MS square bars by way welding works. The job includes rebuilding of valve body by way of welding, patching, grinding etc. The job includes reconditioning of hinges, hinge bolts, weight plate, valve seat, valve body, providing and fitting of rubber washer for weight plates by way of welding, patching, replacing the rusted/damaged parts(nuts, bolts, hinges etc.), and applying the antirust paints etc. after repairs the foot valve shall be fitted back to suction line by providing rubber washer, nuts and bolts etc and testing on full load.
