Conducting Aerial Topographical Survey with DGPS integrated RTK/PPK UAS DRONE basedphotogrammetric and Lidar to capture ground features and assets along the given alignment 1 including Yards. TerrestrialBased Lidar System shall also be conducted to get uniform accuracy and data through out on the final approvedalignment. Survey will be done for width of around 100m. In mid-section and around 250 m in yard. However finalwidth requirement shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Following output should be delivered: 1. Topographicalbase map in AutoCAD format of 1:500 scale having all the naturals & manmade features such as buildings, road, tracks,platforms, walls, yards boundaries, fences, signals, electrical mast, FOBs, LCs, RUB/ROBs etc. In .DWG or .DXF format.2. Contours at an interval of 50 cm in DWG or DXF format. 3. Digital Elevation Model of 1m resolution in ASCII formatand DWG format. 4. 3cm resolution (GSD) Ortho- photo in ECW or TIFF format which can be opened in CAD. 5. List ofControl points established onto the Ground using DGPS (every 2 km as primary control points on existing permanentStructures.) 6. RTK (every 250 m) along with their Latitude, Longitude and elevation. 7. NSSDA report showingaccuracy achieved in comparison to control points established. 8. Digital Terrain Model showing accuracy achieved incomparison to control points established. 9. Preparation and supplying of Yard Plans (ESPs) of various Stations alongthe alignment showing proposed position of track and related structures based on concept plan on Auto Cad and submitin CD along with miniature A4 size yard diagram. 10. The levels shall be provided at every 25 M interval and each 5 Mfor cross section upto 30 M beyond toe/edge of bank/cutting of BG formation for cross section and must be shown inplan. 11. The Reduced level/Rail level shall be connected with standard bench mark. 12. Longitudinal section (L-Section)/Cross section and alignment plan will be prepared on computer in Auto CAD and submitted in soft copy as wellas hard copy. 13. Index plan and index section in soft copy as well as hard copy. 14. Processed 3D point cloud in LASformat. The item also include staking of approved alignment with RCC Pillars (150 x 150x 900mm size with 300mmprojected above ground level) at an interval of 500m, (with wooden pegs 50 x 50 x 450mm size) at every 20m wheretrack is away from the existing track or where it is advised by Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of wooden pegs is inclusive).The RCC Pillars shall also be fixed on curves indicating transition portion, apex point, crown of curve, beginning and endpoint of circular curves, (5 locations for each curve) at major bridges two pillars one or either side, including submittinglist of distance and coordinates of centre line of proposed BG line from centre line of existing BG line at every 25minterval. He shall also submit the list of existing infringement to the proposed BG alignment as per latest SOD for BG.The proforma for the same shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge. Payment Schedule for Item No.1 of Schedule : A.70% payment shall be made on submission of the report. B. 30% payment shall be made on approval of the work bythe Railways.
Providing and fixing cast-in-situ or precast M-25 RCC concrete centre-pillars of size 150 x 150 x 900mmwith 300 mm projected above ground level on straight and curves as per Scope of Work & Technical Specifications withContractors' own materials, tools and plants; including all leads and lifts and crossing of track etc.; including all taxesand royalties complete; including 2 painting, marking the pillars at site; including fixing of posts at curves indicatingtransition portion, apex point and crown of curve, beginning and end point of circular curves as per the setting of curvedone in item no 1 etc. The rate includes the cost of all material including cantering, shuttering, cutting, binding,reinforcement, cement etc all inclusive. The exposed surfaces should be smooth and neatly finished. MainReinforcement shall be 4 nos. of 8mm Ø bars and stirrups of 8mm Ø @ 200 mm c/c spacing. Note-The pillars may beerected as directed by the Engineer incharge along proposed centre line of BG track and Chainages shall be marked on these pillars.
Casting, transporting and fixing precast RCC boundary pillars with M15 grade of size 350mm (bottom),230mm (top), 1550mm height, 100mm thick or as per approved drawing/sketch 3 supplied including engraving theletters SECR and applying one coat of primer, and two coats of red enamel paint and painting the engraved letters withwhite paint including excavation of pit and fixing into ground up to 900 depth with contractors OP cement, steel, labour,tools, materials all lead and lift involved, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-InCharge.

Preparation of necessary documents for issue of notifications under section 11, 12 & 19 or as per anyother relevant section of the New Land acquisition act 2013 or old act in force for stage-I & II approvals duly attendingthe JMC of revenue forest and railway authorities including making arrangements for conveyance to the officialsnecessary labour for pulling chains and fixing 8 flags etc. and assisting in taking measurements preparation of sketchesmaking the booklets in 6 copies to submit to the revenue authorities with all contractor's supervisors tools vehiclesconsumables all lead and lifts involved stationery Xerox copying charges etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Conducting photogrammetric survey using stero satellite imagery data (CARTOS set or similar) asobtained from NRSC (national remote sensing centre)and processing the same using suitable GIS software forgeneration of Digital Elevation Model(DEM) , ortho photos, topo maps etc., to verify the doubling/new line alignmentproposed in the PET survey by first identifying minimum 3alternate viable route sand finalization of most technical andeconomically alignment in consultation with railways duly adopting latest circular/manuals/code of railways withsubmission of detailed survey report along with abstract estimate as directed bythe Engg-in-charge. The scope of thework includes 1). verifying andre -fixing alignment wherever necessary using wooded pillars duly suggesting 3 alternateviable routes and finalization of most economical one. The work shall be done as per detailed specifications given in thestage-I of thetender document. 2).Submission of reports with definite recommendations. 3).submission of records dulyplotting the proposed alignment in topo sheets as well as in google earth.4). All other deliverables as mentioned instage-I. Note: This item is optional and will be operated with approval of Engineer in Charge. Note:1. The variousdeliverables in this item such as DEM, ORTHOPHOTOS, DSM,TOPOGRAPHICAL MAP toa scale of 1:5000 are purely for the purpose of finalization of alignment. However, the accurate DEM/ORTHOPHOTOS/TOPOGRAPHICALMAP shall begenerated using drone/ LiDAR Survey 2.This item is also applicable for sections where the PET survey hasnot beendone. 3. All special conditions mentioned in the agreement particularly under stage - I are applicable on this item.Payment schedule: -a.70% payment shall be made on submission of the report. b.30%payment shall be made onapproval of the work by the Railways. The contractor will have to submit report as per item SL No 1 within 45 days of issue of LOA for three alternate routes and start the subsequent works for Final Location Survey after obtaining approval regarding final alignment of the project.
Hydrological investigation for Bridges using DEM: Conducting hydrological investigation including detailedcalculation for important major/minor bridges using Digital Elevation Model (Geological information system)Tasks: i.e.Marking of all bridge locations on index plan of the alignment. ii. Delineating the catchment boundary of bridges fromDEM and calculating physiographic parameters of the catchment - area, longest stream, slope iii. Calculating designdischarge (Q50) for all bridges based on RBF 16/ RBF 22 reports for small catchments and synthetic unit hydrographfrom flood estimation report for large catchments (> 25sq km). iv. Consultant will verify if there are any dams / waterstorage structures in the catchment and obtain 22 regulated flow discharge from concerned authority for calculation ofdesign discharge. v. Checking of adequacy of proposed linear waterway, vertical clearance, free board and depth offoundation. Soil investigation report for scour depth calculations will be provided to the consultant. Deliverables i.3copies of report with bridge wise hydrological calculations should be submitted. Separate booklets should be prepared for major and minor bridges. ii. For each bridge, calculations and catchment plan with longest stream marked on Survey of India topo sheet should be submitted. For bridges with large catchments, unithy drograph and calculation of equivalents lope should also be submitted. iii. Catchmen tplan should be marked on 50 year 24 hr rainfall mapto verifycorrectness of rainfall data used and the same and the same submitted in the booklet.iv. The following arerequired tobe submitte das softcopy - calculations preadsheets, GoogleEarth KML files ofcatchment plans, longest stream,alignment and bridge location.(A) For Minor Bridges.
