M&L for carrying out repairs to HT 11 KV four pole structure of 11 meter height Steel/ RCC poles including replacement of all perished ACSR conductor (Beaver) of Horizontal bus bar and down conductors for 4 Nos/ 02 Nos. GOD system on structure, jumpering and binding with aluminium conductor to the post insulators/ pin insulators and providing PVC sleeves to the down conductor with colour code R, Y & B including renewal of all rusted nuts & bolts all as directed.

All as per item No. 1 herein before but for two pole structure complete all as directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling existing rusted/ unserviceable cross arms.

Taking down HT 11 KV grade triple pole gang operated Air break switch from 4 pole/ 2 pole structure and S&F new gang operated Air break switch (GOD) HT 11 KV of 200 Amps rating, out door type suitable for vertical mounting, fixed type complete with 3 Nos. silicon rubber polymeric insulator per phase all as specified and as directed. Taking down HT 11 KV drop out fuses from 4 pole/ 2 pole structure and S&F New single phase drop out fuse 12 KV, 200 Amps rating with single silicon rubber polymeric insulator complete all as specified and directed. Supply and install lightning arrester HT 11 KV, 10 KA station class complete including taking down existing lightning arrester all as specified and as directed. [Make: Oblum/ BHEL/ GEC-ELPRO/ Areva/ Jaipuria Brothers]

Supply and install lightning arrester HT 33 KV, 10 KA station class complete including taking down existing lightning arrester all as specified and as directed. [Make: Oblum/ BHEL/ GEC-ELPRO/ Areva/ Jaipuria Brothers]

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 32X6mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and connected from earth plate electrode to main switch board/ earthing test point including watering arrangement with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, MS funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick precast RCC cover in Type B1, including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m, charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of Schedule Part-I 2009 and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of GI earth strip of size 32x6mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, fixed with necessary clamps and nuts, bolts etc. including taking out unserviceable strip all as directed.

M&L for cutting, removing the existing damaged joint and S&F straight through joint cold shrinkable type suitable for HT UG cable, XLPE insulated of size 3 core x 150 to 240 sq.mm, 11KV [Earthed] grade including preparation complete all as directed [Make: REPL/ Super seal/ Denson/ Raychem/ 3M]

Supply and replace danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT 25x20cm size all as directed.

Opening the shutters of VCB 11 KV 630/ 400 Amps of any make and model, removing the Breaker from the existing position after disconnecting all the connections from the system, servicing, overhauling of the same, checking of the same for proper operation, spring charge, ensuring control cables are fastened tightly to the terminals, checking any abnormality with PC, VCB, cleaning the surface of the insulators, fasten the bolts, checking and correcting interrupting units, mechanism, linkages etc, fasten the hardware of control wiring, check that the split pins, circlips, dowel pins etc. have not come out and are intact, lubricate the mechanism of moving parts by Castrol all purpose grease or equivalent, check that the contact erosion is within limit including opening of the shutters properly, replacing of the trip catch, roller, holding catch, stopper, close push button, closing cum reassembling, reconnecting of the breaker for smooth functioning all as directed. [Note: Closing coil/ Tripping coil require replacement shall be measured as 'Supply only']

M&L for servicing of SF 6 insulated outdoor type compact Ring main unit HT 400/ 630 Amps, 33KV, 50 Hz one incomer and two outgoing with PT chamber and line CT of 300/150/1+1A by removing both the sources of supply power cable switch modules, interlocking mechanism with earth switch carefully, checking its cable ends; removing the body cover of RMU; opening its contact blade, moving and fixed contacts, repair of moving / fixed parts, the condition of contact blades and lubricate the contact blades; repair of its drive mechanism, refixing the contact blades, moving & fixed contact, refixing its body covers, refixing the RMU with both ends of cables; necessary testing and charging the RMU all as specified and directed.

Decarbonizing/ cleaning complete HT 11KV, 3 phase independent bus bar, bus bar chamber of HT panel, electrification connection complete, HT VCB switch gear arrangement incoming and outgoing installed in sub-stations after removing the complete bus bar spout, circuit spout from the bus bar chamber, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarbonizing, re-fixing the same after applying Becktrol (Red) solution to the spout, checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts, thimbles for incoming and outgoing system complete, replacement of damaged space heater along with thermostats, door/position limit switches, control fuses and servicing/ greasing to manual charging/ spring charging mechanism, line CTs, PTs and replacement of damaged PT fuses all as specified and directed. [Note: Fuses & Space heaters require replacement shall be measured as 'Supply only']

Supply only space heaters of 1 KW, 230 Volts

Supply, install & testing 11 KV single phase resin cast indoor current transformer, copper wound, primary system voltage 11 KV, ILV: 12/28/75KV, 50Hz, 300-150/5-5A, Core 1: 15VA/1, Core 2: 15VA/5P10, STR: 18.4KA/1 Sec as per IEC: 60044-1-2003 complete including CT wiring with primary and secondary injection kit, identification to the base and connecting links to HT OCB/ VCB to match with the system all as specified and as directed including taking down existing unserviceable CT. [Make: Crompton Greaves/ Kappa/ Alsthom or equivalent]

Calibration of electromagnetic/ thermal/ microprocessor relays of 33KV and 11 KV, setting the relays for the fault levels for primary injection method system as directed by Engineer-in-charge and testing and operation of vacuum circuit breaker after calibration of relays by simulating different types of faults including necessary wiring as required all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Primary & secondary injection kit shall be arranged by the contractor (ii) DC Supply for relay testing shall arranged by the contractor. (iii) The contractor shall prepare the relay adjustment and tripping timing chart in the follow up fashion and submit to Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT/ HT panels or bus duct by cleaning/ rubbing with coarse cloth/ wire brushes to remove dust deposits, oil, grease and repainting by applying one spray coat of synthetic enamel paint without disturbing/ damaging the electrical net work system/ equipment including marking of details of capacity/ rating/ incoming/ outgoing in capital English alphabets all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of 4 pole structure including brackets, clamps, channels and cross arms by cleaning of oils, lubricants, grease etc. complete above PCC coping and applying two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces 1m above PCC coping, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in zebra pattern with black & yellow colour combination up to 1m height above PCC coping; writing MES No. of poles (Number size shall be 25mm and lettering shall be 40mm) complete including applying two coats of white wash on exposed concrete surfaces of coping to poles duly preparing the surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls of transformer plinth and applying one coat of cement based paint all as specified.

Cutting and clearing of bushes, small plants etc. around the substations/ transformers or under OH lines complete all as directed.
